You'll remain in my heart and you'll never, ever be forgotten... :( Mee_Too 04-25-2009, 07:42 PM Just found out about her passing when TV Land aired a tribute to her just a few minutes ago, during a commercial break for The Andy Griffith Show. She brought much enjoyment to audiences during her career! LittleRickyII 04-25-2009, 07:53 PM Very, very sad indeed. I (like many fans) never knew she was ill with cancer. :( I never knew that, either. But I had noticed in the last couple years, she seemed to suddenly be aging very fast. I assume this was related to the cancer and she might have been dealing with it privately for a long time. DLevine2 04-25-2009, 08:40 PM R.I.P.- Bea Arthur.:rip: :crying: ThomasE 04-26-2009, 09:02 PM DAG! This is news to me. I wanted to me her. catlover79 04-27-2009, 07:43 AM I never knew that, either. But I had noticed in the last couple years, she seemed to suddenly be aging very fast. I assume this was related to the cancer and she might have been dealing with it privately for a long time. She always came across as a deeply private person to me, so it is no surprise to me at all that she kept her illness secret. I'm just happy she went surrounded by her family.
