RESEARCH and ANALYZE How winning franchises got to where they are today? You would think a GM for the Bengals woukd try and see how the Eagles became a winning team after drafting Mcnabb, how the Colts became a winning team after drafting Peytin Manning. How come these GM's don't do this?????????????????

by the way, another ESPN guy asked this same question this morning which means I should send ESPN my resume to be a analyst-lol

The Bengals and Brownies should take notice how Pittsburgh runs their franchise.

Owners and GM's in the NFL tend to be people with large egos who think they can succeed by doing things their own way. That's why they don't observe and learn from successful franchises. Their egos get in the way. And unfortunately its the fans who pay the price.

Exactly, and you would think after 5 years of losing they would start trying to do what other franchises do.

That's why I was calling the Cleveland Browns...something else.

I just hope Eric Mangini can get our teams heads out of their asses.
