Well I know that allen duncans ioffer is active, as of 2 weeks ago- and i think jason gacy's had a recent log in-
if emails aren't bouncing back, chances are your being ignored- But as long as members like that are allowed to be active, so that they can contact members off of pms, read posts- and hunt for new victims- it won't stop.
