(The NJ Devils beat the Carolina Hurricans 3-2.)
(Ralph is eating lunch with Ed.)
Ralph: "Did you watch the game last night Norton? It was a real nail-bitter."
Ed: "I know. You made noise all night."
Ralph: "You heard me screaming?"
Ed: "Did I hear it? The whole floor was thinking that you were going to have a heart attack. The Devils have stepped up their game."
Ralph: "Yes, those Hurricanes better shape up."
Ed: "I wonder if the Hurricanes bowling team kicked us out for voting for a team that is going against the Carolina Hurricanes."
(Ralph rolls his eyes.)
Ralph: "Looks like we will get our wish of seeing one NY/NJ hockey team getting a Stanley Cup."
Ed: "We should celebrate with them when they win with all our Raccoons. We will get all wasted."
Ralph: "Ha ha ha ha ha."
Ralph: "I will be watching the Devils/Hurricanes game on Tuesday. It will be great to see the Devils win again."
(They both sing a song about a NY/NJ Hockey team getting a Stanley Cup.)
(Jackie Gleason walks on stage. Audience applauds.)
Jackie: "GOOD NIGHT."
