i was watching TMZ this morning and I caught them talking to Henry Winkler as he was pumping his gas - being ever so friendly and chatting with them and they managed to get him to unload a real bombshell!!!

When the "reporter" asked him whether Henry is still riding the motorcycle, he told them that he has never ridden a motorcycle in his entire adult life, now while this may have been common knowledge to even the most casual Happy Days fan for the past 20 years, to these guys it was "BREAKING NEWS!!!!"

anyone else see it? he actually gave them a piece of his mind for making fun of his sweater the last time they stalked him - even though he was once again being exceptionally friendly with them.

A lot of those TMZ people are... I don't know, pretty freaky. I wouldn't expect them to know about older sitcoms, but they should know enough to separate a character of 30 years ago from the actor, and not call their findings "breaking news." LOL

the best part is that Henry is always polite and friendly with them (even though they are snarky and asking some pretty rude and insensitive questions at times) - and then when they turn around and make fun of him, he still keeps his cool when he calls him on it.

oh, and they were making fun of his sweater because it was BRIGHT RED!!!! and he was talking about growing tomatoes...
