I've mentioned here several times that one of my very best friends is Brenda Turnbaugh, who with her twin sister Wendi played little blond Grace Ingalls from 1978-1982. This pic was taken in August 2007, when I visited CA.

I'm friends with both Brenda and Wendi, but have always been closer to Brenda. They are both wonderful ladies!! :D

No - that was their only acting job. Their dad, who was a mailman, was transferred to mid-California. According to Bren, the entire family was glad because they were sick of LA. So they had normal, regular childhoods. Brenda is now a biofeedback technician and Wendi now does accounting for her husband's sporting good business. Both are married with kids. Brenda's husband is also a pastor. :D

Of course, since they were so young at the time, they probably don't have much in memories being on the show, do they?

In any case, nice to see normalcy LOL.....oh did they ever get residuals? LOL

^ I never asked them about residuals; I never figured it was any of my business. Also, both said they have very little memories of filming until the last season. They (and their mother) are scrapbookers, so they have several albums filled with LHOP photos, news clippings, etc. Even invitations to a 1978 NBC Christmas party called "A Peacock in a Pear Tree". :lol:

Thanks! I haven't worn that shirt in awhile, but I will once the weather warms up more.
