Some of these are at the last second and changes of color on clothing typically, but pretty cool to check out

There is a much more obvious one, though it's hard to illustrate with pictures.
In Eight Misbehavin Homer is mouthing the words being said by Apu, obviously a result of the animator getting confused when the focus changes from the person talking to another character listening.
