which TV Characters do you like best?

Murphy Brown---she just had more to say.

Murphy Brown is on the best TV characters ever created - I'd easily vote for her. She was probably the best TV character of the 90s.

It was tough but I'm gonna have to go with Reba. I love her. Both women are tough and strong though. They both had to deal with thorns in their paws (Corky and Barbara Jean) who caused events in their lives to change.

I think the difference is that while Reba had bad stuff happen to her she was able to handel it in a positive way (eventually) and found a way out of the pain whereas Murphy turned to drinking and being self-destructive. Although she certianly turned her life around later---and the thing is the Corky was never mean to Murphy whereas BJ stole Reba's husband and tried forcing her way into Reba's entire life. Corky just wanted to grow and learn from Murphy and eventually earned Murphy's respect.

But i agree it's a tough call between the two of them.

Reba's my favorite show and I've never seen Murphey Brown, so Reba.

That was the audience really laughing, not just canned laughter that they randomly added. I heard that on the dvds.
