I was looking into the DVD releases of Walker and I found this to be odd.
They released "The Complete Final Season" on June 14, 2005 (8th Season) and then they released The 1st Season on June 13, 2006.
I just found it odd that they started with the last season as I don't really know of any other shows that released the last season first to DVD.

I think they were just testing the waters. But I wondered that myself. Seemed odd.

I am surprised to find out Walker, Texas Ranger lasted 8 years :crazy:

Thats the only show from recent years I've seen do that. Older and more obscure shows like The Danny Thomas Show (started with the 6th season )and The Smothers Brothers (started with the 3rd season) release out of order. But Walker, Texas Ranger, thats unusual!

The last release for season 7, the next to the last season, should be later this year. Then we will have the complete series.

Yes, the 7th season of Walker is due to come out soon and then the whole series will be on DVD.
I don't see the short lived spin-off Sons of Thunder getting released.
