No Offense to fans of Cleveland, I just don't know much about the character. Quagmire on the other hand is an absolute riot. Gigiddy Gigiddy

View Full Version : Do You Think Quagmire Would've Been A Better Character to Spin Off? Brian Damage 04-07-2009, 01:35 AM No Offense to fans of Cleveland, I just don't know much about the character. Actually my ex liked the old geezer pedophile and his dog the best. R.jsheedy 04-08-2009, 02:55 PM he would, but those would be disgusting and i would miss him on family guy. i don't realy care if clevland leaves the show! TJL 04-08-2009, 05:31 PM I love Quagmire, but he works better in a supporting role. His character is too extreme, and they'd have to water him down and make him a straight man to deal with a new cast. Retro4Life 04-08-2009, 06:03 PM I agree with the above. You really need a lead character who isn't repulsive in almost every conceivable way, and well, that ain't Quagmire, lol. He's a fun character but I think his act would get really old, really quick in the lead. Cleveland, on the other hand, seems perfect for such a role. Problem is, he's about the only decent human being left on FG! I think it'd be kind of neat if they'd start having Mort pal around with the guys a bit more now. :) Cloud9 Lorraine 04-09-2009, 07:30 AM he would, but those would be disgusting  browneyes106 04-14-2009, 04:48 PM I love Quagmire, but he works better in a supporting role.
