How is your team/teams doing this year? I mentioned in the stickied thread above that this was my rookie year, and I'm actually doing pretty good. I have three teams, one with S.O. and two others, and I'm currently in 3rd place in all of them. They are 12 team leagues, so I figure that's pretty good for a rookie. I was in second place in the S.O. leauge for two months, and believed I was headed to first, until I lost my four main guys due to injuries. That was a hard lesson for a rookie to learn. You can be cruising right along, but once that injury bug hits, there's not a whole lot you can do. Anyway, who here has FB leagues, and how are you doing in them? Any bad injuries hamper your chances like the have mine??

You had a very good rookie season Brad. I think ultimately the number of games limit caught up with you, and you fell down a bit in the standings. You made a ton of moves. I think that may be a SO season single record, lol. A lot of them paid off for you. A down season for me in the SO league. Hopefully I can regain form next season.

Thanks TJ, I appreciate your words. :) I ended up finishing in fifth place, as Saratoga Hitmen took over my 4th place spot on the final day. I'm not complaining though, the main thing is I had fun, so that's what matters most. I didn't understand the max game thing, so yeah, that really messed me up in the end. I'll have to understand that better before re-joining next year. The injury bug also really ended up hurting me. Losing Al Jefferson, Amare Stoudemire, and Elton Brand within a month, really made me have to scramble to try and find decent players to take their place, but unfortunately the free agent market wasn't very good, so I had to make due with what I had. I ended up finishing in 3rd place in both of my other two leagues, so was happy about that. I'm sorry you had an off year. I saw your rankings in previous years, and they were good, so I'm sure you'll bounce back next year. Anyways, thanks again for your kind words. I'll definitely be back next year!! :D
