A lot of them have already been played on SPIKE, but at least its something.

Guess Unsolved doesn't care to inform members of their email list anymore. Just some quick bucks from Spike. That'd be too difficult.

Here's an update on Victoria Doroshenko, who was having seizures after a car accident, had a rescue dog that could identify when they were going to happen, but the dog died in 1990. From her daughter:

"Awww thank you.... yes she is doing great. She still is going in and out of the hospital, but she's a fighter. She dosen't have seizers any more or a service dog. Now we just have our little silky terrier Molly Moe. Molly keeps her spirits up. Her life is more than normal now. Im her one and only daughter and proud to be. Thank you so much for the support. Have a good day.
Haley"

Will they ever air them in a different slot? 11-2 is a bad time, IMO.

Lame. Well I guess it doesn't matter since my new roommate has digital cable with a DVR and I can watch the show late at night, which is the best time to watch it.

I didn't watch them all. The ones I remember are:

Joanne Albanese who was killed by John "Edwards" who was a wife beater and former cop from Alaska.

Astarte Rice-Davis, the con artist who probably killed her husband. He was supposed to go to california to have surgery on his shoulder but he disappeared. Before that, she and her son had been convicted of arson in burning their charter fishing boat. After her husband's disappearance, she sold off all of his belongings, from his clothes to his truck, in a yard sale.

Jose Antonio Gonzalez, a fake name of a bank robber, I think he was a bank robber, I didn't watch this one.

Richard Minns, the health club owner who cheated on his wife with Barbara Pitrowski. He got her pregnant and insisted on an abortion that she didn't want. He put a hit out on her, she was shot and paralyzed, but survived. She lost the baby.

The Dinnertime Bandit, Alan Golder. I've seen this one a lot and didn't watch this one either.

Phillip Fraser, the young man from Alaska whose parents were both doctors. He was driving down to CA to go to med school and picked up a hitchhiker who killed him. The hitchhiker took on Phillip's identity and stayed one night with a couple, sleeping in their basement. He tried to sell them Phillip's car but when they wouldn't buy it, he burnt it.

David Merrifield, the real estate lawyer who was murdered in the elevator at work when he was scheduled to meet with the mysterious "Sam Jones" at 6:30 am".

LaDonna Alfano, the lady who was with her mom, siblings, and friends when their car was struck by a train when it stalled on the railroad tracks.

The man who worked for the gov't in the 50s and was the unwitting subject of an LSD experiment, among other things. (Sorry, I forgot his name.) He was found dead, about 10 stories down, outside his hotel window. His coworkers said he busted through the window and jumped to his death. The coroner's report said that his face was covered in lacerations from the glass. 45 years later, he was exhumed and the family had another autopsy done. His face was not scratched at all.

The exotic bird owners (forgot their names too, I think they were from central or south america) who went missing and the bird-napper stole the wrong birds. He took the cheap ones instead of the expensive one. About $700,000 worth of birds were left behind to die. Some survived.

Harold Edward Bell, the pedophile who shot Larry Dickens (played by Matthew Mcconaughey.

The wooden cup kept by a family in great britain, said to be a remnant of the holy grail.

The Lizzie Borden house.

Awesome! Thanks a bunch. I think I've seen all of those several times except the Joanne Albanese one. That one doesn't seem to ring a bell. Can you elaborate more on it?

Ooh, I haven't seen the Richard Minns one in quite a while though. Dang, I wished I would have taped it.

Let's see...

I think she lived in Las Vegas. She was a really pretty brunette with two daughters. She had been dating John "Edwards" for five months when he killed her. He then went missing too. Her car was found fairly quickly, but her skeletal remains weren't found until 3 years later, about a mile from where the car was found.

John Edwards' real last name starts with an A (I think) but I can't remember it. He was a cop and crime scene investigator in Alaska. He was married about 3 times. With each wife, he became more and more violent. The last wife had recently given birth when he attacked her and grabbed her by the throat, lifting her off the ground.

The UM segment shows something about John and Joanne meeting in a gym or her talking to her friends about him at the gym. I think he was a trainer there. He was abusive and so completely controlling that he even kept track of Joanne's bathroom use.

Years after he killed Joanne, police tracked him to Mexico. He left behind a woman and her two kids, dead of carbon monoxide poisoning. The segment wasn't clear if this was his girlfriend or if the kids were his or anything.

He then fled to TX (I think) where he was found dead of a heart attack. I think he was in his early 50s when he died. So, he was never tried for Joanne's murder, it's just generally accepted that he did it, since he was known to abuse her and fled after she disappeared.

Huh, I don't think I've seen that one yet. Thanks a bunch for your help. You are awesome.

Hey, do you know which cases they showed yesterday? Or is that too much to ask? My roommate's family was in town staying with us and they took over the livingroom, so I was distracted and forgot to set the DVR again.

Sorry, I didn't watch yesterday's eppies. I was working on the computer all day, taking care of actual real business instead of goofiing off, for once. lol

I think his real last name was Adams.

I know yesterday they showed the Vietnamese guy who was looking for his dad, John Nellis, and for his son, who he thought had moved to the US.
There was a haunted house where the new owners were suing the previous owners (they were sisters who had grown up in the house).
The Christie Nichols segment was on with her creepy husband, as well as the Wendy Camp disappearance with her ex Chad Noe and his grandma Ida Pruitt. They also showed the Vietnamese guy who was fighting for the US in the Vietnam War, and was shot and then the black soldier stayed with him and got him to safety, they were reunited in Hawaii.

Gosh, I can't remember much more, I'm sorry. Now if you need to know what's been show today I still have them on DVR so I can tell you, just let me know!

Oh goodness! I've seen that one so much lately, I would have wanted to jump through the screen and fed Chad Noe his nads. I'm sooooo sick of that murderous felon and his whole murdering clan! Yes, "MURDERERS" and I'm not qualifying it by saying "alleged". They did it. Let them sue me for slander. (Come and get me, Noe, my real name is Tracy Lynn S.) It's completely obvious that they lured that poor family to their deaths.

This one is so wonderful! Brothers in arms, fighing for their country, and race was no issue to them at a time when the whole country was in a racial turmoil. I'm very proud of these honorable veterans! patriot:

I am so glad UM is back on and most of yesterdays episodes seemed new to me so that might mean they are filming new episodes or redone very old ones ??

Depends on your definition of "new".

Every now and again, I do see the occasional "New" tag pop up on the MSN TV listings, so I think they have shown some new episodes that actually haven't been on Spike already.

Of course, none of the episodes are really "new" since, so far as anyone knows, they are just re-editing stories from the original series. I did see the Steve Shores and Thomas Drake final appeal episodes last week. Also, Dan Monetcalvo's and Tony Miller's Final Appeals are airing next week. These stories have not been syndicated until now.
