I just checked the 92nd Street Y site to confirm that the event is still on, and it looks like it is. So I thought I'd go ahead and make a thread to wish PGood well on his trip to see Mary at the booksigning. well, it did indeed go on, and it was absolutely awesome!
the short version is that MTM was great during the interview and so nice during the book signing
i don't have a ton of time right now, but when i get some i'll provide more details on the 92d street y thread

however, kristen, you should shoot me a message when you get a chance, as i may have something for you!

Ditto to what Monika said. hehe. I have sent a PM. I'm so, so happy for you. :) I still can't believe someone I "know" has met her. I wish she'd come closer to where I live (right on the NY/NJ border) so I could've gone myself. Oh well. There's always next time, right? ;)

Well, yeah, plus the fact I work during the week. If I'd known in a bit more advance, I could've taken a day off and found some way to get there. Like I said, I'm glad one of us could go. Besides, I've already met Valerie several times, so I really can't complain, now can I? hehe.

Edit: I must be a masochist. I just Mapquested the bookstore and got driving directions. It's only 23 miles away! Stupid work! :mad:

Awww I feel so bad! It's awful to be so close!!! I wish I could meet one of them, but I'm just thankful for my autographs! :)
