Longtime Anchor Chuck Scarborough to be Cut Brian Damage 04-01-2009, 05:54 PM The guy just celebrated 35 years with the same station and now is about to be canned. That's the thing Solomon, NBC right now is in serious trouble all around. The most profitable branch of NBC Universal is MSNBC. Other than that, everything is collapsing. They (NBC) are trying to cut costs everywhere. They just fired their long time sports anchor Len Berman who has been here for about 24 years.
