After watching the GG on Lifetime and knowing all the edited scenes, it's nice seeing the once edited scenes on Hallmark.

They have their pros and cons- Lifetime's edits would be parts within a segment, whereas Hallmark chops whole scenes. Not sure why the edits have to be so drastic- they weren't upon initial airing, after all. is it just because cable stations have more advertising than network TV?

I have come to like Hallmark's better and am glad that the lines are butchered. I'm hearing things and am like there's something else Lifetime cut. They even cut some of Dorothy's comeback lines!

Since I have all of the seasons on DVD, it does irk me when I notice scenes deleted out of episodes while watching them on TV. However, I'm grateful that the series is still on television, and now on two different networks, no less! :)
