So, I know I've been bashing this season for being terrible, but tonight's episode... was actually quite enjoyable. Let's see...

Anoop - Agreed with some of the things the judges said. Sang well, but kinda a weird song for him.

Megan - BLAH. Please vote this girl off, kthx.

Danny - Excellent. Guy can SAAAANG.

Allison - I actually really liked this. Agreed with the judges though, that outfit is whack.

Scott - INCREDIBLE!!!! I love this guy.

Matt - I hate this song with a passion. I hated him singing it even more lol. Just was the totally wrong song.

Lil - Agreed, made her sound way too old. Plus, this is a song that should never be touched. Kelly Clarkson absolutely sang her heart out with it during season 1. Actually, then again, Anthony sang it during Season 4 and was pretty good with it too.

Adam - I... didn't like this. He used to be my favorite contestant. But yeah I don't know I just wasn't really a fan of this performance.

Kris - AMAZING. Best performance of the night by a frickin mile.

I think this episode has turned me into a Kris fan. He's great. I really hope Megan goes home tomorrow...it's her time.

Anoop was too novelty to me, but he did a good job, I think. It was nice to see him do something good with an uptempo song again because last two weeks, he's done slow songs, and before that it was "Beat It," which was horrible.

Megan was horrid. Hilarious, but also horrid. One H outweighs the other, sadly, and she must go.

Danny was boring.

Alison took a hatchet to a very good song.

Scott was ZZZZZzzzzz. As was Matthew, but he was also horrible.

Poor Lil. She sings very, very well, but she keeps screwing up with the songs.

Adam was blah, as always. He needs to stop making hsii voice do that because it's just gross.

Kris was love and sex and love and sex all rolled together.

I hated the way the judges immediately went into "No, I wanted to hear you sing..." mode after each performance. Just no. Let it go, you egomaniacs.

I missed some of it, but from what I saw it was alright, and Adam was so hilariously bad I was LMAO

I'm hating Adam more every week - he's just too annoying for me. He thinks he's already won this - did you see him thank the band?-LOL

I thought Lil and Allison were both better than the judges credited them for. Although, the judges picking on Allison's outfit was obvious nitpicking. She's a great singer. I think Scott sounds the exact same every week - he's always at the piano singing oddly similar songs, and it's boring me. I agree with what Paula said last week. He should ditch the piano for a week and try something different. Anoop is weird - what's with all those weird facial expressions when he sings? His performance last night seemed very forced to me, like he was trying to put emotions into it, but it didn't workout.

Danny and Kris were both great as well. This really is a great group of contestants this year. There's no clear cut winner at all.

I'm glad Megan is finally gone. She was a weirdo and she sings terribly. Anyway, my rankings for Tuesday night show...

3. Kris
All three were amazing. I think it was the best performances for each one of them so far. Kris has really improved so much. He could emerge as a front-runner.

Middle 3
4. Allison- Not great, but not bad. Her outfit was hrrible.
5. Lil- She reminds me of Melinda Doolittle from Season 6 almost. Melinda was much better.
6. Adam- I just don't understand his appeal. I really don't.

Bottom 3
7. Anoop- Totally the wrong song choice and I agree about the facial expressions. They're very distracting and annoying.
8. Matt- I don't get why the judges call him a front-runner. I think he sounds whiny and nasally.
9. Megan- Man, that was horrible!

Adam is so terrible. if he wins im going to laugh, he has absolutely no chance in today's music industry. this isnt the 80s.

I don't get Adam either - he doesn't appeal to me. I can't stand the screechy runs he thinks he pulls out. They sound terrible to me.

Lil is like Melinda Doolittle and Syesha Mercado combined - both had great voices, but Melinda was never in the bottom 3 until her elimination, and Syesha was a regular in the bottom 3. But, both made it to 3rd, and I think Lil has a good chance of getting just as far.

At this point, my prediction would be Adam and Danny in the final 2, with either Allison or Lil at 3rd.

^ I forgot about Syesha. Lil does remind me of her too. Syesha didn't deserve to make it to third place, IMHO, and right now neither does Lil.

ewww an Adam and Danny final would by far be the worst final 2 ever. neither of them will see any success post-Idol IMO.

I agree - she really does need to step up her game.

I think if Danny were to win, he'd take after the likes of Ruben or Taylor Hicks, who also had very soulful voices, but weren't too successful post-Idol. Adam - I just don't know. His voice is very "different," but it also seems very 1980s/pop to me, which won't work in today's music business.

If Lil would stick to younger music, she could definitely find success if she won. Not really sure about the rest at this point, though.

I wouldn't mind seeing any of the other contestants in the top 2. Lil or Allison would be great (I'm pulling to see one of them make it through), but at the rate Allison is going, she's going to go home soon. Although, she's the one I bet the judges will end up saving.

I agree - Adam and Danny will most likely make it to the final 2 together, at the rate they're going. Lil does have a powerful voice. If she can make herself younger, something Melinda and Syesha and all the others failed to do, I think she can become a much more powerful player. And Allison - her voice is good, but she is very young still. But, so was Jordin Sparks, and so was Archuleta.
