I use to think he was saying hot spa but then later figured out it was Yuspa. Then one time when watching some episodes I let the credits play (don't normally do that) and seen the name Cathy Yuspa. I assume Kevin is close with her and probably started saying it around the set and than they wrote it into the show.

You know the interesting thing too is when Arthur starts hanging out with Doug and his friends more in season 1, he tells them the World War 2 story about "O' Shannon." There's a production member named O' Shannon too just like "Yuspa" and Cathy Yuspa.
