Ever notice how a favorite brand of yours is no longer made by the company you used to associate it with?
Such as Crisco and Jif--once owned by Procter & Gamble, now by The J.M. Smucker Company
White Rain products--once made by Clairol, then The White Rain Company, then Diamond Products, now Huish Detergents (the people behind Sun Laundry)
Breck Shampoo--once its own company, then revived in the late 90s by another company, it is now an exclusive brand for Dollar Tree stores.
I'm sure there are plenty of other examples...
