Throughout the first three seasons,Ann had long wavey hair.From season 4 onwards she had short hair(it would appear Bonnie Franklin continues to have the latter hairdo to this day).
Personally I found her more attractive with long hair.Does anyone else have any preferences?

When I think of Bonnie Franklin, I think of the Dorothy Hamill or "mushroom" style she wore in the first 3 seasons, even though she sported the shorter 'do for a much longer period of time.

I liked the first hairstyle

I loved her short haircut in season 4. To me Bonnie looked a lot more attractive and not so plain looking as she did in the first two seasons. In season 3 she did style her hair a little when she feathered combed the side.

I preferred the longer hairstyle.

Bonnie is in her mid-60s now, and she looks to me even better than she did in her ODAAT days.

She has aged very gracefully. Good for her.

I like her longer hair from the earlier seasons. It made her look younger. And Bonnie was very young when the show started. She was 31.

She was barely old enough to have teen daughters in real life!! Yet, she made the illusion work.

I think Mac was actually 16 when the show debuted, and Val was just 6 months younger. So Bonnie technically could've have had kids that age - she would've been MIGHTY young, as she was only 15-some years older than her "daughters"! :eek: :lol:
