It always struck me that the Addams clan had a name that was rather ordianry. The Munsters had a wierd last name, but pretty average first name. the Addamess were just the opposite. But I read that Charles Addams did NOT want the family to have his surname, and proposed to call them the "Harrids" or something similar. Would that have been better or worse?
