Reality shop 495 Prods. has renewed its nonexclusive deal with MTV. The music cabler, for which 495 already produces the "A Shot at Love" franchise, has made a commitment for three series under the deal.
The production company also promoted Stephanie Lydecker to head of development. Lydecker previously worked alongside 495 founder and prexy Sally Ann Salsano on "Sally Jessy Raphael." At 495, she has spearheaded projects including "Shot at Love" and the Style Network's "Big Party Plan-Off."

The shop is currently in production on Oxygen's upcoming "Dance Your Ass Off."
