View Full Version : Bewitched on the Twilight Zone
MickeyMac 03-13-2009, 04:41 PM Just saw an episode of The Twilight Zone today and look who was on it, but Dick York. It was about a guy who tossed a quarter in a box after buying a newspaper and it lands on its side, because of that York was given the power to read people's mind. It was the first time I had seen this episode and it was really good. Hayden Rorke(Dr. Bellows from I Dream of Jeannie was in it too, and how far out is that??). There was another actor who was in Shadows that was in this episode too but I cant think of his name. Liz Montgomery and David White were also in episodes of The Twilight Zone, but I had seen those.
catlover79 03-13-2009, 04:46 PM Yes, I liked that episode (titled "A Penny For Your Thoughts"). Dick York also appeared in the TZ episode called "The Purple Testament".
McGillicuddy 03-13-2009, 07:07 PM I remember seeing Dick York as a teenager in one of those short films about public edicate from the 1950's. I think they used to show them on TV Land. That was a trip!

steevo 03-19-2009, 05:33 PM Elizabeth Montgomery's episode "Two" (with Charles Bronson) was scary, yet strangely hopeful at the end.
Agnes Moorehead (Endora) also did a TZ. She was in "The Invaders" as a woman living alone who was scared by invaders from outer space. As for the ending-didn't see that coming!

The episode "Two" always trips me out whenever I see it. Damn Charles Bronson, he got to fullfill one of my fantasies, to be the last man on earth with Liz Montgomery. :happyface :happyface :happyface :happyface

I remember seeing her on an episode of Night Gallery, she played what else a witch LOL. She was the stereotypical witch with long nose and outfit who stood around a cauldron with two other witches.

True.
gettoknowsomeone 07-26-2009, 04:04 PM Agnes gave a command performance in "The Invaders" that showed what a first-class actress she was! The episode had no dialogue and the ending was indeed unforgettable!
