Since there's a last thing you ate thread, I thought it would be only natural to start a what was the last thing you drank one. You can also list what your currently drinking. Rght now I'm drinking a 32 ounce Coke. Not healthy, I know, but atleast I've been cutting down. So what was the last thing, or the current thing you're drinking?

Hey, I've been doing that too a bit... Also in the mornings when I go to work, I have that 12 oz. of milk I drink, just that bottle. Then when I get home, I have pepsi.. :lol:

Sometimes I feel weird when my mom shows her appreciation if I drink milk at home and she sees me drinking the milk.

It's good to see someone else whose trying to get more healthy. Soda is basically liquid sugar, and I'm sure my health would improve tenfold if I just cut back my consumption even by half.

Keep up the good work in trying to be more healthy!! It's hard sometimes, but it will definitely benefit us in the end. :)

Hey Brad I'm in the same boat as you. Anyway, I'm in my 1st 24 hours w/ out drinking soda. Its really because theres none left in the house but it makes it the perfect opportunity to quit. I've been using chocolate milk as a crutch but atleast that has some benefits to it and not just empty calories. At the moment I have a 20 oz bottle of water next to me and a 10 oz orange juice (also sugary but again its not with out its benefits)

Lemonade is one drink I can do without. I don't like it.

It's cool to see that there are so many others who are trying to live healthier lives, and make better choices!! Of course, I say this while drinking a 32 ounce Coke, which kind of makes me a hypocrite. :lol: In fairness though, it's my first Coke in three days, whereas before it would be a daily thing, so that's a positive. Although chocolate milk, and orange juice aren't the healthiest, it certainly is better than drinking a 32 ounce coke like me, and it's obvious that you're working on it, so I truly applaud you for your efforts!! Keep it up!! :)

I never forgave my parents nor my school for forcing me to drink that nasty mess. I haven't touched a drop of moo juice in 30 years and it was the best thing I ever done where my health is concerned.

No, unfortunately I haven't been to sleep yet. I'm going to try to stay awake all day though, that way I'll surely be able to sleep tonight. That's why I'm drinking so much coffee, to keep myself awake today. It sure was fun chatting with you all night last night. :D Like I said, there's usually nothing going on at S.O. after 11:00 pm or so, so it was nice to have someone to talk to for a change. You definitely made my night!! :)

Yeah, plus I went and saw my psychiatrist this morning, and got my sleep medication, (which I had been out of), so that should help too. If I can't get any sleep after going 36 hours without, and with sleep medication, then I definitely have some serious problems. :lol:
