In the episode "It's Nice to Have a Mather Around the House", at one point Thomas Haden Church (when he is cooking French Toast), accidentally grabs the frying pan by the pan and not by the handle. If he were truly cooking, he would undoubtedly have been burned.
As far as errors go, this is the only one I have ever noticed on this show. Has anyone ever noticed any others?
To piggy back that thought, I really would appreciate if they would release bloopers and behind the scenes footage of the show.

Yeah, but we all know Lowell's a little strange.
A couple of other little errors I've noticed:
"Taming of the Shrew" When Brian and Helen are at the support group, Brian is drawing something on a big pad of paper. What he's drawing changes between shots.
"Insanity Claus" It goes from daylight to complete darkness in what appears to be a matter of minutes.
Black Eye Affair" Lowell accidentally dumps something hot on Helen and she doesn't get burned.

Ohhh, right, the sperm and ovum on the chalkboard! It says "mommy" or something in one shot and not the other, I forget precisely what's wrong.
There's another I've always wondered about, but I could be wrong: After Helen and Lynch get engaged and she's home packing, Joe comes over to tell her congrats and share the loan news. They of course end up in one of their hollywood kisses (the best ever, always) and the phone rings, and he leaves as she answers it. The cord seems to not even be connected to the phone, it's swinging free. ??

I think I saw that one too.
Another thing I noticed is when some of them were stuck in Antonio's cab with Carlton. Don't cab drivers usually have phones or radios to communicate with someone if they needed assistance? I know it was the mid 90's and Antonio probably couldn't afford a cell phone, but you'd think he'd have something in his cab to call someone if he was ever in trouble.

Funny Choc, that's one of my least favorite episodes for that reason! It just seems silly that anybody could get stuck in a car like that with people remotely nearby. I wonder... since he was an independent (his own boss, didn't need to be dispatched or whatever), would he have to have a radio in his cab? We saw him in his cab a few times and never heard a radio or saw him on one. Hmm.

My cousin worked part-time as a cabbie for a while. He was his own boss like Antonio, but he still had to follow the same rules and regulations as a cab driver who is hired by a company. That included random drug tests, keeping an updated license and inspection sticker (Which Antonio failed to do at least once.), displaying that license, and keeping a radio.

Another thing that always bothered me a bit is the time Brian and Antonio realized the bank robber was on the plane with them. The bank robber tries to force Brian to land somewhere so he can kill them. Brian tries to save him and Antonio by going into a suicidal nosedive. None of them appeared to be wearing seatbelts, yet they stay in the plane as it was going down. Shouldn't they have ended up going through the windshield? Also, how was Brian able to land so smoothly?
