Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - "Everybody Loves Raymond" star Ray Romano and his TV mom Doris Roberts will reunite for "A Night of Comedy", the 7th annual benefit for the Children Affected By AIDS Foundation. Roberts will host while Romano will be joined by other celebrity comedians for the event, taking place Saturday, March 14th at the Wilshire Theatre in Beverly Hills.
Also confirmed to appear for this year's "Night of Comedy" are "Paul Blart: Mall Cop" and TV's "King of Queens" star Kevin James, Jeffrey Ross, Bob Saget, and Bryan Callen. Past comedians who have lent their support include Chris Rock, Kathy Griffin, George Lopez, and Sarah Silverman.
Since 2002, "A Night of Comedy" has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for children impacted by the disease. The Children Affected By AIDS Foundation offers support for children in the United States as well as the Latin American region by providing shelter, food, care, and more. The event, which helps raise funds and awareness for the charity, helped more than 35,000 children last year alone.
