I'm watching my 6th season DVD set, and I notice that George Jefferson laughed at his own jokes a lot! Does anyone else notice this?


Do you mean Sherman laughed at his own lines? And what eps are you referring to?

George laughed at his own jokes all the time. Going back to the first season, he did this. In the "All in the Family" episode "The Jeffersons Moves Up," he does it several times. I always took it as the self-involved George thinking he was always so important. Just part of the character.
