The only one who comes to mind is Katy Winters. She appeared in Secret deodorant commercials on TV back in the mid-sixties. Does anyone remember her? There's an ad on YouTube. I hadn't thought about her in years. I wonder whatever became of her? I couldn't find any info on the
web, but Jim Hall's book about TV commercials, Mighty Minutes, says
that her appearances in the Proctor & Gamble commercials were short-lived.
That's rather puzzling, because I personally thought she was very attractive
and had a good personality. She always seemed to be very "cool, calm and
collected" (a catch-phrase in the ads) herself.
