He is a very well spoken ntelligent man who has matured over the Years and now only is TOUGH on the field and CLASSY off the field.

Ray Lewis is a leader. I've watched the Ravens through the years and he commands respect...something very few Cowboys have at the moment.

A coach with no power. He fines players and they go over his head to Jerry. He says that he's going to be tough on them this year and the players laugh at him. A coach that commands no respect in that locker room.
