I found this online. People can arrange to stay at Val Kilmer's ranch in New Mexico and go fly fishing, hiking, swimming, biking... etc.

Val is pretty popular in northern and central parts of New Mexico. My aunt met him at a political fundraiser about 5 years ago and she said he is very friendly.
