Chad Noe, Steve Paige, Paul Pollis ("I like to live in a clean house!"), all in one day. I think Pollis was the worst of all. What a creep.

I have wanted to see the Pollis segment for so long. I had forgotten a lot of it. Just as they gave the Update, my dogs went crazy, barking at an imaginary noise, and I didn't get to hear what the update was.

I did get to see that they still haven't found Charlotte, so I figure that the update was something kinda benign, but I'd still like to know what they said. Do you know what the update was?

Oh, and Paul Pollis's mother! I just wanna slap her! I can't believe that his whole family showed up and started scrubbing that house top to bottom, and even the police say it was unnaturally clean, but she swears that she just cleaned up a little where the baby made a mess so she wouldn't stick to the floor. Another liar. Today was guilty husbands and lyin accomplices day for sure.

If I recall correctly, the update was basically just "Paul Pollis remains the only suspect in this case."

And I think that should have been Steve Bright, not Steve Paige. Paige was the wife. Sorry!

Oh I know what you mean. This episode just angers me to no end. I am pretty certain that Paul is respnsible for Charlotte's disapearence & death. I believe at one point she was put in that shed. There were 2 sets of footprints leading up to the shed & the shed doors were bulging. Paul was quite adament that there was nothing in there but tools, etc. Well if you have nothing to hide what is the big deal of letting the police, etc. check it out. That shed should have been searched.

Whenever I or my husband set to wiping down counters in the kitchen, or sweeping the floor, at some point he always grins and says, "I'll clean. I like to live in a clean house." We watch way too much of this stuff.

In another thread (I think I bumped it up yesterday) it says that Paul Pollis' dad wasn't just the local town doctor who treated the neighborhood children for the sniffles. He was the county coroner!

If that's true, and Dr. Pollis was a coroner, he would have means and methods of body disposal that us regular folks wouldn't even think of.

I'm afraid that Charlotte's family may never know what happened to her and where Paul hid her remains. I don't think Dr. Pollis would ever tell and unless Paul Pollis likes his conscience as clean as he likes his house, he'll never tell either.

When they mentioned how much heavier Charlotte was than her husband, I got the awful feeling that he might have dismembered her. The part about the little girl being afraid of trash bags goes along with that. Then again, you would think that would leave a really huge mess that even clean-freak Paul couldn't erase.

When they showed Charlotte's picture, I thought she was beautiful. I wondered how such a pretty woman managed to marry herself to such an unattractive man (with a bad personality to boot) as Paul Pollis. In fact, I thought Charlotte's brother and sister are attractive looking people, too.

I think her weight was probably part of the reason Paul wanted rid of her. She probably wasn't always that heavy, and had gained weight after having her babies. IIRC, neither her brother or sister was overweight, but her mom seemed a bit heavy.

I can really see Paul being that superficial. Just like Elizabeth Fuentes, who tried to kill her husband Gilbert Ortiz, becuase he wasn't muscular enough for her tastes. I wonder if Charlotte's family recalls anything about Paul complaining about wanting his wife to lose weight.

The reason i bring this up is that i wonder why Paul would hide her body, since he would need a death certificate to collect on the insurance.

This has been mentioned on the board in the past but didn't know if all of you guys knew it but Charlotte's mother "kidnapped" Charlotte & Paul's daughter Layla in 1998. I do believe someone posted not too long ago saying they had both recently resurfaced. Here is Layla's doe network profile:

I did a side by side comparison with her mom. She does look a bit like her dad, but she does have her mom's thick dark hair. Layla will be 18 years old in october. I wonder if she will come out of hiding when she's an adult.

Is it confirmed that Grandma abducted Layla or is Paul Pollis hiding more bodies? Layla was old enough to see and remember her mother's murder, imo, because she was afraid of black garbage bags.

Best I can remember, there was no mention of an insurance policy on Charlotte's life. I could be wrong. Someone correct me. But I don't recall that being mentioned in the segment.

No insurance benefits were mentioned. I think that Paul Pollis murdered Charlotte because he was just plain mean.

It makes me so angry because Charlotte was sick and had been to the Emergency Room earlier in the evening. That idiot husband should have been caring for his wife, not murdering her.

And his family...especially his mother, agreeing to be interviewed and lying with that cold look on her face. No wonder Charlottes mom took off with that little girl. Mrs. Nagi took her out of love and concern.

This is another case that may never be solved because police didn't take the time to really investigate the possible crime scenes like the house and shed.
