Get this - her ex-husband is played by none other than Empty Nest's David Leisure. Yes, Carol Kester Bondurant was once married to Charley Dietz!! :spit: :eek: :rofl:

Soap Opera Digest just had a little blurb on Marcia:

"I've loved my time on Young & the Restless!" exclaims Marcia Wallace, of her run as Kay's psychotic kidnapper, Annie. "Playing this over-the-top crazy person has been so much fun. I never expected to have a role like that on a soap." The TV icon, best known for her portrayal of Carol on The Bob Newhart Show and Mrs. Krabappel on The Simpsons, insists that she had no reservations doing daytime. "A good role is a good role," she shrugs, "and I've had such a great time. Jeanne Cooper (Kay) is a wonderful, giving actress." But Wallace has truly loved her other "co-star", Annie's trusty knife, "Ahote". "I love that she actually named her knife," she chuckles. "It was so funny having to do most of my scenes carrying that thing around with me - it was very surreal and kind of like something out of Twin Peaks (laughs). But I'm very lucky as an actress in that I've gotten to do some great shows. This one was up there."
