Good question! I don't think I have ever heard mention of her grandparents. Endora never spoke of her mother or father either that I can remember. But given that Endora was pretty old, her parents were most assuredly dead.

No, I don't remember them being mentioned at all - just great-aunts, great-uncles, etc.

Samantha's family tree is somewhat confusing. Neither Endorra or Maurice ever mentioned their parents. If they are witches and warlocks, they probably arent dead though. I dont think.

In the episode The Dancing Bear (2x22), Endora actually mentioned her mother. She told Phyllis that Tabatha had little flecks of gold in her eyes, just like Samantha's grandmother.
