...would you quit your job?

I wouldn't. I love my job too much. I know I'll never make it rich, but I find working with children so much more rewarding than having all the fancy luxuries, vacations, and stuff. I'm sure I'll be rich in Heaven :D

Well I dont have a job anymore but I would so quit my previous gig for that kind of bread. I would stash a bunch away to live off of for a spell.

I'd finish my degree since I only have a semester and a half left after this. However, I don't think I'd then go pursue a career.

I'd continue to sell on eBay because it would be my luck that Uncle Sam would need my winnings for another bailout.

Multibillion

I'd buy the Vikings a new stadium, and have it named after me.

Then I'd probably just spend a bunch of my time playing high stakes poker, and attend all kinds of sporting events.

Well I'd keep 2 homes - one here in NYC and one in Paris

I'd:

hire me a to-die-for French tutor and become fluent in the language

also hire somone or go back to school to become fluent in Spanish

channel Brooke Astor and set up some kind of foundation for charitable giving.

I'd pick days to do something serendipitous where I would give $50 or $100 away to people who deserved it (like folks working on a holiday for example) a secret Santa kind of thing

I wouldn't work. I'm not rich, and I don't work. I figure 26 years in the work force is sufficient. I'm done. Retired in my 40s, lol.

yeah, i'd drop out of college and quit volunteering (the latter is just a resume builder). though i'd probably invest in music school just for the fun of performance experience and enhancing my skills.

I'd quit but I would put in my two weeks first, it would be inconsiderate not too.

I would put my money to good use, and help homeless animals, poor families, children in need. I guess I'd be the CEO of those organizations.

No, I would not quit, I love my job and I need to work for my own sanity, I cannot sit home all day long. Although I would cut down on the amount of hours that I work.

If I won the lottery tonight. I would quit my current job and go for a long vacation until I start law school in the fall. I would focus on law school for three years and I would only go to school and I would take vacations during the summers. Eventually after graduating I would start my career in business and estate planning. I would give some of my lottery winnings to my family and charities.

I would quit my menial job, and put some money into my education in becoming a music teacher. Then, I would buy myself a car and a house... and well, I'd keep enough so I wouldn't have to worry about money for a while... and whatever was left over would go to my parents... and they could decide to do with it what they wanted. And by the way, I would keep enough to buy a beautiful grand piano and several guitars.... thats all I could possibly want!:D

well, I don't work-it was found about 15 years ago that I'm not "employable" because of my disability-so I don't have a job to quit!
But if I did, the answer would be HELL YEA!!

That you are able to get by & not work is a good option to have. If I had $$$, I definitely wouldn't work a reg. job but it'd be nice to do maybe 1-2 days of volunteer work a week. I'm hoping I can retire in my early 60s - if things keep going the way they have been I'll be able - not high on the hog of course, but enuf to live simply...which is pretty much how I live anyways

^ I totally understand what you're saying, Rich. I live very simply myself, and I feel very comfortable with that.

No. As much as I feel like telling costumer's where they can shove it on a daily basis... I love my co-workers too much to leave them totally. My trainer worked hard to get me this job, it would be so inconsiderate and selfish to quit after only 5 months. Not mention I worked hard to learn my job.

I'd quit my job(or switch to seasonal) and go to school full time. I'd apply to unpaid internships with no fear of how I'd support myself... I'd restore my truck. I'd donate heavily to Americorps and give the rest to my mother.
