that's really hard to say; but I've been taking ONE-A-DAY and that's good. My parents take CENTIRUM and they're satisfied with that.

And you can do it/supplement it the natural way. Eat brocolli! It's pretty much got it all. I always call it nature's one a day vitamin. For example, volume per volume, it has more Vit. C than an orange and more calcium than milk, many cancer fighting properties & the list goes on. BTW, broc's best raw or very lightly steamed.

Also.... apples! - which have a good constellation of vitamins too but are esp. good for you bec. they have flavinoids, and also properties that are good for the lungs and your teeth! An apple a day really s/b a part of everyone's diet. Google the adage "an apple a day keep's the doctor away"....

I take Centrum Vitamins and sometimes Centrum Cardio vitamins.
