Hey, guys. In another thread I half-jokingly mentioned that I've toyed with the idea of making a UM map. Well, I actually started one on Google Maps a few days ago. Turns out to be a lot tougher than I thought (let's just say I grossly underestimated how many little icons are going to be on there eventually), but I'm having a great time with it.

I've developed a color-coding system that designates whether or not the crime has been solved (or is currently being heard in court), as well as details to main case locations. I've tried my best to place markers in exact addresses (which really wasn't that hard with a little research, and it's actually been one of the most fun parts), and with the street view feature it's pretty much like you're right there. Today I was able to look at Joyce McLain's high school, the Round Table Pizza and Quik Stop convenience store in Sacramento, the bowling alley in Las Cruces, and the laundromat in the Nicqui McCown case, to name a few.

The map is in its infancy, not exactly as organized as I would want it to be, and unlisted for now, but I definitely would appreciate anyone and everyone who would like to help me with dates, details, correct mistakes, anything. Even if it's just lookiing up a quick little address here or there on a lunch break, ANY help would be greatly appreciated! There's so much knowledge on this board---far surpassing mine, for sure---and a peon likes a little help from her friends every now and then. ;)
