During seasons 1-3, Thelma has proved that she is not independent espcially for her age. How come Florida always had to iron "Thelma" clothes, Florida had to tell Thelma to wash up and get dressed, also, Thelma did not learn how to cook full balanced meals. Thelma always cooked oatmeal, meaning she just have drop the oatmeal in a pot of boiling water and stir, Thelma was never tought how to cook from Florida but Florida and James always allowed Thelma to have a boyfriend starting at a young age :crazy: :crazy: :crazy:

In the 6th season she was a grown maried woman and she seemed to spend her intire time in the bedroom with Keithh and hardly helped around the house. And how about that sceen in stomach mumps when Florida was getting ready to do the laundry.They couldn't take a break from each other long enough to put there laundry in the hamper instead of in a box by the bed? Just my opinion.
