I'm posting this from my new MacBook Pro, which was just delivered a few hours ago.

Hopefully, it won't take long for me to adapt from PC!

I'm so ~*alternative*~. I used to like Macintosh back in middle school and high school when it was in the 7 and 8 series, but everything after is kind of meh and flimsy looking to me. Apple seems less about the programming and more about the window/sidebar design and look of the shell these days.

Well, I still like PCs and will be keeping my Dell Inspiron 1521. What made me get a Mac is that I've been getting into video editing the last few months, and am making a documentary about my church. I have found that it's very true that Macs are way better when it comes to designing and editing media.

I'm happy to report that, thanks to doing my taxes this year, I am going to get a fat return (already got my state refund - waiting on federal to be deposited), AND I'm going to have enough dough to buy a Macbook! So I will be joining the dark side shortly, I hope within the next week. ;)
