I am going to be short & brief with these thoughts today. Today was a very bad day & I am not in the mood to write a whole lot. The eagles don't really matter much in the grand scheme of things. I have some stuff going on in my personal life far more important than football at this moment but here goes.

I am very proud of my team, Everyone gave up on this team weeks ago (including me) & I gave up on them again today when it was 24-6 & the defense looked like It could not stop a thing. THen The eagles once again proved to me that they have hearts of champions.

The defensive game plan in the first half was a joke. Why would they be blitz happy on Kurt warner who is arguably the best against the blitz I have ever seen?

You just can't blitz this guy & I said it the other day, the front 4 need to get the pressure on warner, they can't be blitz happy & expect to beat kurt warner. This man is truly amazing & the drive in the fourth quarter cemented his place in the hall of fame as far as I am concerned.

I have said all year that if you punch the cardinals in the mouth I did not think they would get up. Well the cardinals punched us, knocked us down, we got up & Knocked them down big time in the 3rd quarter. After the eagles scored 19 straight points I said to myself, well heres the ultimate test to My theory. The eagles knocked them down & when the game was on the line they got up & delivered the knock out blow to us. I tip my hat to Kurt warner, that man is truly truly amazing & deserves all the praise he gets.

There comes a time when slow starts will catch up with you & today was that day. Mcnabb had a brilliant game, but had a terrible start & we missed some golden oppurtunities to score early on.

I will have more thoughts on this game at a later time, but right now I am not really in the right frame of mind to think about this. There are things more important than football going on with me right now.

Congrats to the cardinals, they proved to the world they are tough enough to get it done with everything on the line & Kurt warner in my eyes is now without a doubt a hall of famer win or lose against Pitt

If you've seen my thread on the Eagles, I am giving all the props in the world.

They played VERY well and did all they could.

I hope things go well for you.

I have been hard on Philly at times, but I know we fans have lives outside of sports.

Philly sports fans get a bad rap, but you and Wrecky are genuine fans.

Sorry about the loss, but you said it best- "they have hearts of champions."

Thanks man... As much as I love the eagles they are second fiddle to my family & I am going thru a tough time right now. I got a terrible double whammy today. At some point I will be here to talk about everything, it usually makes me feel better, but tonight is not the night.

Yeah the Eagles showed determination like they always do and I have to credit them for that because most teams would have gave up after being down 24-6 in the 3rd

Hope things get better for you as I'm going through a tough situation as I was recently laid off and sports is my temporary escape but tomorrow back to reality.
