Already done. and commented on as well. This jackass needs removed from the bench. He is not fit to preside.

Hmm, this is a tough one. Yeah this judge did not handle this case well. Obviously we all know this now as the Maples have been on the run for over twenty years. However at the time the judge I am sure would have never imagine the Maples would run off with their grandchildren. That said there should have been more required in depth investigation before the Baskins had their children taken away from them. I mean, the Maples made an allegation, the judge just seemed to say 'okay' and took the Baskins kids away.

However I would not say Judge Corlew is the worst judge in America. I do not know if I could give that title to only one specific person. There are many bad judges out there. There are judges that didnt do enough, there are judges that have done too much. There is Judge Lance Ito who allowed the OJ Simpson trial to turn into a media circus which in my opinion contributed to Simpson's acquittal when he was obviously guilty of the crime.

There are so many instances I can think of. There are examples where a judge did not go far enough to help a defendant. One of them being this Judge Corlew in the case of the Baskin's. The judge in the Johnny Lee Wilson case. There are so many instances I can think of. However the website www.ratethecourts.com sounds interesting so I will check it out.

What a nifty site. He's already gotten an "F" grade from everyone who's voted or filled out a survey about him. (Of course, I voted him "worst judge" too.)

Did you read the comments left about him? There were only 3, but the second one had info I knew nothing about, claiming corruption in seating grand juries.
