The fate of "Scrubs" continues to be uncertain, although McPherson hinted that a renewal was unlikely.

"I think it would be hard to do the show without Zach (Braff)," he said.

I couldn't imagine Srubs without Zach Braff either. I think its only right that the show ends with Zach's last episode.

i agree too i would rather see it end gracefully rather than for it to come back and be a shaddow of itself

The show would definitely not be the same w/o Zach... he's the lifeblood of the show, even though all of the other actors are fantastic & amazing as well. It would be like The Golden Girls without Bea Arthur...

I guess ABC was hoping the show would get kickass ratings and then maybe they could do a spinoff series with a few remaining characters, but i think it's best they end the show once and for all.

At least now they'll get to have an official finale.

This is actually good news. Imagine how bad the show would be without Zach, the series creator Bill Lawrence, and Judy Reyes (Carla) who also has said season 8 is her last.

I think Scrubs will do good on Thursday Night's at 7:00 pm CT on ABC.

It's moving to Wednesday's at 8 on March 18th right? And isn't that supposed to be when they air the series finale? Wouldn't it be stupid to move it the week of its last episode?

Yes, it moves to Wednesdays on March 18. The one-hour series finale will be in May. So they have 19 half-hours this season. They have repeats a few weeks in February (Feb. 17 and 24).
