Normally, I didn't find Murder, She Wrote too scary but there were some episodes that I thought pulled off a good level of creepiness.

I watched Reflections of the Mind today, a season two episode in which a lady thinks she sees the ghost of her dead husband. Also, My Johnny Lies Over the Ocean and Murder Takes the Bus from season one, in my opinion, were quite eerie.

Oh, I don't think any of the shows are scary. Just me. I don't find a lot of things creepy anymore. (I don't care for horror movies, though)

Esp anything from some years back.

Even a lot of the X-Files stuff I don't find scary, but a little have been.

Those are good episodes you mentioned, though. Except, I don't remember too much of the Johnny one, but it does ring a bell.

I'd say Murder Takes the Bus and The Night Of The Headless Horseman. I dont think there are many eerie episodes in Murder She Wrote. :)
