I have no idea what my weekend will look like. A childhood friend of mine died yesterday, and her funeral is Monday (no idea what time). I'm supposed to be working Sunday night-Monday morning, so I'm trying to get that off so whatever time the funeral is, I can be up in time for it. That might possibly mean working Saturday or Monday night. If I can get a Saturday shift, that means I'll have worked every day in a row since last night.

I am also gonna be pretty much broke until payday, so I'm not going to buy anything unless I *really* need it.

^ I'm so sorry to hear that, Allison. :bighug: Other than church on Sunday, I don't have anything big planned. I might get some cleaning done and get an oil change. :lol:

I need to get an oil change on my car as well. Saturday some friends of mine are in a band and they are playing a gig, I may go check them out.

I'll be going to a friend's baby shower on Saturday. I will probably spend Sunday watching the AFC and NFC championships.

LOTS of cleaning & decluttering and somewheres in the middle, lunch or a movie w a friend

Well, I'm off all weekend now... Working Monday. Couldn't swap with anyone, but my boss let me change days. :) so I'm all set.

I'll be using my Wii Fit a lot this weekend, I'm sure. Also my mom twisted her ankle big-time last night so I'm going to encourage her to go to the hospital to at least get some painkillers... Poor mom is in a lot of pain. So, Wii Fit and being a nurse to my mom are in the weekend's plans. :)

Hello from the Arctic tundra, AKA New York City.

Not much going on here this weekend, so I'm off to NJ to attend some birthday festivities for my neice who turned 6 earlier this week.
I'll probably stay the night and head back home tomorrow afternoon. No rush getting back since I'm off on Monday because of the holiday.
As much as I enjoy all these paid holidays off thanks to my new job, we are really falling behind at the jobsite. Hopefully things will pick up in the coming weeks.
