I read somewhere that Kirstie Alley made an appearance on Wings as her Cheers character Rebecca Howe. If this is true, does anyone know what episode and season this was in?

I've seen the one with Norm and Cliff, and I've heard there's also one where Frasier and Lilith guest-star.

She made a brief appearance in the season four episode I Love Brian. That's one of my personal favorite episodes. Country singer Clint Black is in that one too.

There is an episode with Frasier and Lilith in it. I haven't seen it and I don't know what episode it is, but I do have caps from it so I know there is one.

Is she actually playing her Cheers character in the show? If so, I wonder what reason Rebecca was there for.

Yes, she was playing Rebecca. The episode is called "I Love Brian," and it's one of my favorites. :) It's about Brian trying to sneak his girlfriend into a party at Clint Black's hotel room. He does get in, and when Clint comes into the party, Rebecca tries to follow after him. She wants him to come back to the bar, b/c she told everybody there that she knew him. Clint replies, "Maybe next year," and Rebecca says, "But none of us know where we're going to be next year!" (This was clearly a reference to Cheers being near the end of its run, although I don't know if it WAS their last year or not!)

Hope that helps!

Thanks! TV.com said the episode aired in February 1993 and Cheers ended later that year.

I have the first two seasons of Wings on DVD. I got them ages ago and watched the first three or four episodes and enjoyed them. For some reason, I just haven't got around to watching any of the others. I really need to soon because I liked what I saw.
