It's probably had it had 24, which came back to a strong start, and The Bachelor, which was over 9 million viewers last night, something it hasn't accomplished for a regular episode in a long time, and it still managed to hit another series high. I think FOX should start getting worried when House hits the slot next week, because I think there duo of BBT and HIMYM will be bringing House its toughest competition ever.

Also, Two and a Half Men did over 17 million again? Wow is this show hot this season. And Worst Week actually dipped to 10 million viewers after that. I think its pretty official that this show is cancelled. Rules of Engagement should be able to do much better in March.

I hope people truely come back to ROE. I love it. Its very "formula" but it's got a great cast. I also hope Gary makes it. I think if any other comedy gets the boot this year its Christine.

BBT got over a major hurdle by posting series highs while facing 24, and all other original programming. The last couple of series highs were set against, repeats, movies, Christmas shows, etc. So this was a major acomplishment for the show. The real big test is now how it holds up against House. If it can hold its own against House the show will be in great shape. (not that it is not in great shape, anyway) I do still expect some drop next week, but hopefully the show is strong enough that the drop is not TOO great.

At this point, I don't expect the drop to be blow 10 million. If the show sees another series high next week, Fox may reconsider House on Mondays! Which I hope for, cause its hard to keep up with 7 shows that all air on one night!

I really doubt we'll see it go back below 9 million. It seems like 2+ million viewers have discovered this show and made it must-see TV for them. Viewers are sticking around, more coming in week after week. House should be no competition for this show.

I think Rules of Engagement should be able to do very well after Men. I think at this point, WW is a goner for sure (after its last performance). Christine and GU seem to be on the edge right now, but Christine has a history with CBS, which may turn it in their favor. It's still a tossup - I think it also depends on which one holds up better against Idol tonight. CBS needs a stable show for the hour.
