Browns hire Eric Magani-I think he got screwed with the Jets but if Eric can assemble a good staff, then I think he would be a good coach

Broncos hire Joshua McDaniels-I'll see in 3 years if this is a good hire

Lions is only one without a head coach yet unless I am wrong?

I am suprised that Marvin Lewis, Norv Turner, and Herm Edwards hasn't been fired yet, I'm still waiting and the Bills giving Dick Jauron one more year is a dumb move, Dick isn't even a good coach.

Wait a minute, it can happen just like Broncos fire Shanny in a shocking move although firing Norv wouldn't be a shocking move, it would be a nice move so pray for that :D

No, it won't happen. Because I think he is going to be with the team till 2010 and Spanos had to pay for two coaches' salaries. when he fired Marty, Marty had like a year or two on his contract so he had to pay Marty to play golf and uh.. mess around with this wife..

I just don't see it unless you can tell me who can replace Norv...

ohno:

AJ and Marty were like my way or the highway. They couldn't even work together, they had to have someone send messages to each other because they hated each other. Marty couldn't even win in the playoffs even if we did lose today.

Cowher will not coach a Chargers team that fired his friend, Marty.

Why would a coach be fred who took his team from
4-8 to the 2nd round of the playoffs?

And Bill Cowher is not coaching any team since he is saying with CBS

Jim Zorn was 8-8 as well as Norv Turner Solomon, and you said he should be fired....

SD only made it, with the same record as Washington, because they were in a crappy division

Washington was 6-2 so their 8-8 records wasn't the same

washington fell to 8-8, chargers moved up to 8-8

Yeah but Chargers shouldn't of made it, 4-8 is ridiculous. Just because you ended up with a .500 record, doesn't mean nothin lol. I mean SD is a great team and no disrespect to WF but the Eagles last year were 8-8 and I didn't think of any different of them, then I do of SD, and the Eagles are my team. A 4 game winning streak is great going into the playoffs if you make it, don't get me wrong, but then again, Denver had a skid going into the final game, opposite of what SD had been doing with their winning streak.

Yeah that's true...

Heck, we are still the only team to go 0-4 and still make the playoffs. Did that in Bobby Ross' first year as Chargers coach.

I didn't even think of Jim Zorn going 8-8 though.

The thing is the NFC East is a better division than the AFC West.

I agree with you here. Definitely two different divisions, personal & difficulty wise.

I'm not saying SD is bad. I'm just not in favor of 8-8 teams. The year the Eagles made it to the Superbowl vs. the Craps, in '04, the Minnesota Vikings made the playoffs and they were 7-8, finally 8-8 that season. That's just how I am.

Yeah. I don't think I want an 8-8 team to get in. I haven't really thought much of it really but I think 11-5 or 10-6 is good but 9-7 should be the limit.

Then again, the Chargers did win the division and that's why they got in-- no.. that's not why they got in... They got in because Denver just fell down and all the efforts by Shannahan couldn't even put the Broncos back together again.

They got in because Denver just fell down and all the efforts by Shannahan couldn't even put the Broncos back together again

Two main reasons why Denver fell apart:

1. They had no running game because they had seven running backs on the injured reserve

2. They had a very, very porous defense. Ramona, Wrecky, or myself could look like the second coming of Dan Marino if we threw against the Broncos.
