if they lose??? I can't believe coaches this weekend was coaching SCARED and sad-"let's kick the Fg to play it safe"
How can you play it safe in a do or die game?-lol Tom Coughlin is the biggest D*ckhead on the planet for attempting so many FG's today knowing that this was do or die.
If you don't trust your QB then he shouldn't be the starter which was the message that Jeff Fisher gave with Kerry Collins, John fox with Jake DelDum and Coughlin with Eli Gump.
Fg's set up you to LOSE not win. FG are only to be kicked after a TD-lol

So... you're saying it's better to go for it on fourth down, miss, and give them the ball back?
Let me say this-
If Philadelphia, after converting that famous 4th and 26, had tried to go for a winning TD instead of the game-tying FG in a game they would WIN, Andy Reid would have been crucified by Eagles fans forever.

Jake Deldum lol.
Yeah I don't get it myself. Eagles do it as well but we won. Teams just want to play it safe & get the points, when it comes down to it.

This is what I'm saying, Let's say the Cards get the ball first next week and they are driving and get to the 10yd and it's 4th and 1,
It would be better for them to go for it because it will challenge the Eagles defense and put them in a position that they would not expect to be in that early in the game. But if they kick a FG, that does nothing but give the Eagles DEFENSE confidence and then they feel they can stop you again.
So it's important to SET THE TONE Of the game especially if you are the home team because it will surprise the hell out of the other team.

Very good point. We shall see. The same thing happened in the Baltimore-Miami game and you called it, even before the game started, so I agree.
