Nancy McKeon fans, Fans of FOL's Jo and fans of The Division's Jinny, we need to unite and band together! The Nancy McKeon hype seems to have been dead for quite some time now after the first attempt at reviving her hype on Sitcoms Online's Chit Chat board by another member back in '06, and we need to re-hype the greatest actress ever, this time for '09! We need to re-hype the Nancy McKeon craze for '09! So who'se with me?:D

Because there are two shows with Nancy McKeon on it! Facts of Life and The Division! And soon there will be another with Nancy McKeon doing a recurring role on it! Sonny Without A Chance! Plus it would be pretty confusing if this thread was on the Facts of Life Board and not The Division board! So I felt that the Chit Chat main board would be better fitting!:D

Wow! I just want to say that the posts in that link are a little scary. Why the heck would people want to stalk the poor woman and her family like that? And the fact that someone would think a celebrity would have a listed phone number is ridiculous. Heck, I don't even have my number listed. It's probably a good thing some of those people are gone.

With that said, I am a Nancy McKeon fan, but not obsessive about it so I don't think I'll be joining the Nancy McKeon Mafia anytime soon. :lol:

That's the thing! I get so tired of hearing people on the internet always hyping up Chuck Norris, Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana, Vin Diesel, Mr. T, Michael Jackson, Sandra Bullock, Tyra Banks, Milla Jovovich, and Mr. 24 Jack Bower!!! None of them are even that good despite what people hype up what they can do!!! Plus Nancy McKeon can outdo them anyday!!!:D

Then why not post it on The Division board?

For example, Patricia Heaton and Kelsey Grammer have been on more than one show. You don't see a thread on Chit Chat though about either of them. There's not a Michael J. Fox thread on Chit Chat and he's been on multiple shows as well.

Imagine if people just started posting threads about celebrities and their shows. Chit Chat would no longer be Chit Chat. Imo, Chit Chat is a board to chat about things that aren't directly related to a show or a cast member.

Then fine someone who can move it to the appropriate forum! Plus, I cannot move it to the Facts or Division boards myself!

This thread seems to be more of a general attempt to rally together some Nancy McKeon fans; since it's not directly related to a particular TV show, it may be appropriate on the Chit Chat forum?

Don't worry about it, JNSBSB, a moderator will probably move it for you if they think it belongs elsewhere, or if you ask them to. :)

you all are scaring me. if you don't have anything nice to say about Nancy and her fans then get over yourselves and quit complaining about the fans. Nancy is the best thing to come to television and y wouldnt we talk about her this is a FACTS message board. She is a wonderful person and actress and I could go on all day so if u r going to be mean about her and the fans then just leave. it is ridiculous to hear this stuff!

^ I was a big FOL/Nancy fan back in the day (5th grade). I think I was a pretty big fan, but never that obsessed. We're not being rude or "mean" to Nancy and her fans, I just think being overly obsessed with someone is not healthy. It's a big world, there are more things out there then Nancy McKeon.

Nancy is someone I look up to. Thats basically all I said. I think the world of her and that is not unhealthy. everyone has people in their live's that they aspire to be like. This message board is for people who want to talk about the show and it's characters in a positive way. Thats all.
