Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 02:34 PM Brian Dawkins just used a helmet to helmet twice in this Giants drive and were not called. bandito 01-11-2009, 02:36 PM Brian Dawkins just used a helmet to helmet twice in this Giants drive and were not called. :mad:I saw that. The Refs better do a better job Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 02:46 PM The Giants are killing themselves with penalties. bandito 01-11-2009, 02:48 PM Alot of trash talking going on-lol Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 02:49 PM Alot of trash talking going on-lol These two teams hate each other. Big C 01-11-2009, 02:52 PM Giants force a safety! Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 02:52 PM SAFETY!!!!!!!!!!!! bandito 01-11-2009, 02:53 PM Good call by the official. what is mcnabb crying about? there wasnt a reciever within 10yrds Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 02:55 PM Eli Manning better get his **** together! Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 03:01 PM Horse collar by the Eagles defense and it wasn't called??? bandito 01-11-2009, 03:06 PM Eli looks nervous. Man, the G-men are sqandering alot of chances. Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 03:13 PM Both qb's look shot, I think the crappy wind is screwing with them. Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 03:14 PM YES! bandito 01-11-2009, 03:18 PM Giants look like there in control Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 03:20 PM Thus far, the Giants have dominated this game, despite the Eagles leading. Waterston_Fan 01-11-2009, 03:20 PM I have to admit, I'd rather the Giants win since I don't think four road teams have won upsets in the division games. bandito 01-11-2009, 03:22 PM Brian, is Plax allowed to be on the sidelines, or is he on the sidelines? Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 03:24 PM I have to admit, I'd rather the Giants win since I don't think four road teams have won upsets in the division games. His suspension ended at the end of the season, so I THINK he is able to be on the sidelines. Big C 01-11-2009, 03:25 PM Giants retake the lead. Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 03:35 PM DAMMIT the Eagles are driving with ease. Big C 01-11-2009, 03:36 PM I don't think the Eagles are playing that well. They are a VERY LUCKY team- just like those damn Ravens! I don't want to see Philly win- yes, I have been hard on the Giants, but I am SICK of seeing these mediocre #6 seeds lucking out. Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 03:53 PM Go Fred Robbins! Big C 01-11-2009, 04:15 PM It is a miracle that Philly is in this game. They can't run at all. Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 04:20 PM It seems everybody is getting hurt. Waterston_Fan 01-11-2009, 04:22 PM His suspension ended at the end of the season, so I THINK he is able to be on the sidelines. Um.. I think you misquoted me. Big C 01-11-2009, 04:29 PM The Eagles are REALLY not playing a good game. If they can get out of the Meadowlands with a win, I think the lack of a running game has to catch up with them. I think they would lose big in Arizona. The Eagles are a flat-out LUCKY team that is too one-dimensional. They live by the sword, but could die by the sword. Big C 01-11-2009, 04:35 PM Philly has only 46 rushing yards. No team can possibly make a Super Bowl with such anemic production. bandito 01-11-2009, 04:44 PM SOLOMON WHERE ARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get out of the toilet. We need some input. Big C 01-11-2009, 04:47 PM HOW LUCKY CAN THOSE DAMN EAGLES GET?! Big C 01-11-2009, 04:57 PM Whether bad losses, poor running, wooden stakes, or garlic: the Eagles are like vampires- they DON'T DIE! THEY DON'T DIE! Mr. Television 01-11-2009, 04:59 PM Time for me to get something to eat. lol bandito 01-11-2009, 05:02 PM Time for me to get something to eat. lolWho ya rooting for, Sonny? Big C 01-11-2009, 05:18 PM I have never seen a team win a playoff game with such a pathetic ground game. This can't keep up. You win Super Bowls with a strong running game, not a mediocre one. Wreckless, Iggles- mark my words- EAGLES ARE GOING DOWN IN THE DESERT! Big C 01-11-2009, 05:19 PM This is a disgrace. The Philadelphia freaking Eagles in ANOTHER NFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME?! HOW DOES THIS TEAM NOT DIE?! Big C 01-11-2009, 05:24 PM I. Hate. The. Eagles. They are a LUCKY team. If they go on to make or win the Super Bowl, then I believe that McNabb and Reid sold their souls. Mark my words- they are NOT winning next week. Brian Damage 01-11-2009, 05:49 PM Congratulations Mike GARFIELDKOOL 01-11-2009, 05:56 PM I have never seen a team win a playoff game with such a pathetic ground game. This can't keep up. You win Super Bowls with a strong running game, not a mediocre one. Wreckless, Iggles- mark my words- EAGLES ARE GOING DOWN IN THE DESERT! If Larry Fitzgerald have a crazy game, the Eagles are going down, if McNabb controls the game, then the Cards are going down. GARFIELDKOOL 01-11-2009, 05:57 PM Congrats on a very hard fought road win today, mriggles and wreckless. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 05:57 PM THE EAGLES ARE GOIN TO THE NFC CHAMPIONSHIP Chris, please shut the hell up. The Eagles are not lucky. We beat Minnesota, everybody was talking crap, NOW WE BEAT THE NUMBER ONE SEED IN THE NFC, and people don't give us credit. Welll I don't care. We will kill Arizona and go to the Super Bowl. I liked Arizona, when everybody else was talking crap on them, but now I am obviously not rooting for them, since we play them next week, and since NOBODY is giving the Eagles credit. GO EAGLES haha Wreckless 01-11-2009, 05:58 PM Congrats on a very hard fought road win today, mriggles and wreckless. thanks Mike FINALLY, somebody gives us credit NO, we didn't get ****in lucky, we won the ****in game by 12 points. Our defense was awesome today. I'm so pumped. Mr. Television 01-11-2009, 06:00 PM Who ya rooting for, Sonny? I was rooting for the Giants....That didn't turn out too well. bandito 01-11-2009, 06:00 PM congrats iggles and wreckless Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:01 PM The Eagles are REALLY not playing a good game. If they can get out of the Meadowlands with a win, I think the lack of a running game has to catch up with them. I think they would lose big in Arizona. The Eagles are a flat-out LUCKY team that is too one-dimensional. They live by the sword, but could die by the sword. We're not ****ing lucky, quit with that bull**** you're talking. I really hope we beat Arizona up, just to shut your ignorance up. If even we do, you would probably say we're lucky. Nobody's lucky in the playoffs. We beat a great Giants team, so be proud of your team this year brian damage, but we came to play defensively today. We beat Arizona on turkey day EASILY 48-20, with both Boldin, Edgerrin James & Fitzgerald. Arizona is a great team. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:01 PM Philly has only 46 rushing yards. No team can possibly make a Super Bowl with such anemic production. We're not a rushing team. We're a pass happy team. I don't know how many times I've told you this. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:02 PM congrats iggles and wreckless Thanks man. Good luck to you and Waterston Fan tonight. May the best team win! Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:02 PM HOW LUCKY CAN THOSE DAMN EAGLES GET?! We're not lucky, we're great. GARFIELDKOOL 01-11-2009, 06:03 PM thanks Mike FINALLY, somebody gives us credit NO, we didn't get ****in lucky, we won the ****in game by 12 points. Our defense was awesome today. I'm so pumped. My niece who is three years younger than I, is also an Eagles fan. (one of very few Eagles fans up here) She had called me screaming after the game was over. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:04 PM My niece who is three years younger than I, is also an Eagles fan. (one of very few Eagles fans up here) She had called me screaming after the game was over. lol we didn't play that great today but we shut their offense down. That's what did it. TVFactFan 01-11-2009, 06:05 PM The Giants lost because instead of the Offensive Coordinator and Defensive Coordinator game planning for today, they were more interested in going on JOB INTERVIEWS during the week. And Spagnola is a defensive joke, don't want to hear nothing else about him Big C 01-11-2009, 06:07 PM Chris, please shut the hell up. I'm sorry, but I am growing tired of 5 or 6 seeds making playoff runs. All I have to say- this will be an interesting week between you, me, and iggles. Trust me- I'm much calmer now. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:07 PM No, they lost because the Eagles beat them. No luck, no bull****. WE BEAT THEM. f all you haters. GARFIELDKOOL 01-11-2009, 06:07 PM The Giants lost because instead of the Offensive Coordinator and Defensive Coordinator game planning for today, they were more interested in going on JOB INTERVIEWS during the week. And Spagnola is a defensive joke, don't want to hear nothing else about him Just because they lost the game that really counted, does not make him a joke. The guy is a really good defensive coordinator. Big C 01-11-2009, 06:09 PM We're not ****ing lucky, quit with that bull**** you're talking. I only say these ridiculous things when I'm mad or in a bad mood. Trust me- I will NOT call the Eagles lucky if they do win the NFC Championship. I thought the Giants and Steelers were lucky when they made their Super Bowl runs. By the time they reached their respective conference championship games, I was not calling them lucky, though I didn't want them to win. Wrecky- I was angry the last two weeks. This time, I will NOT call the Eagles lucky if they beat the Cards. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:09 PM I'm sorry, but I am growing tired of 5 or 6 seeds making playoff runs. All I have to say- this will be an interesting week between you, me, and iggles. Trust me- I'm much calmer now. I see your point, but you gotta realize those lower seeds are usually hotter, because they are scratching and clawing their way into the playoffs. Then if and when they get in, they get hot like the Eagles, San Diego & the Ravens this year. We just beat the Giants. I'm still amazed we only held them to 9 points offensively. Technically, it was only 6 points since the one was off a McNabb interception. Great d by us today. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:10 PM I only say these ridiculous things when I'm mad or in a bad mood. This time, I will NOT call the Eagles lucky if they beat the Cards. ok, I just wanted you to know why I was mad at what you were saying, not necessarily mad at you, just mad at not giving us credit and saying we're lucky. Everybody said that. This NFC Championship game is gonna be awesome. Ready for the trash talking? Big C 01-11-2009, 06:11 PM still amazed we only held them to 9 points offensively. Another things that makes this win more surprising: Westbrook didn't play well this week, but unlike last week, he did not make a game-changing play. As for the Ravens- my bitterness was different. The Eagles did not have a play where the clock ran out before they got a play off and no delay of game was called. Big C 01-11-2009, 06:12 PM This NFC Championship game is gonna be awesome. Ready for the trash talking? Yes, but not until this game's over. Waterston and bandito will have a lot to say before today's over, since their teams are in action. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:13 PM Yeah, Westbrook is less explosive. He is injured and doesn't have that much speed like he did when healthy. I like the way Buckhalter is playing though, so I'm not worried, coming into next week and on. Just can't wait. Big C 01-11-2009, 06:13 PM BTW, I was a bit disappointated that there was no snow during the Eagles/Giants game. I thought we'd have a game with the white stuff falling, which I am seeing in the game going on now. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:13 PM Horse collar by the Eagles defense and it wasn't called??? Bye Bye . Looks like that NFC East title didn't mean **** Brian. Good game by both teams, but we held them to almost nothing defensively. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:15 PM BTW, I was a bit disappointated that there was no snow during the Eagles/Giants game. I thought we'd have a game with the white stuff falling, which I am seeing in the game going on now. I only like football games with snow, when it's other teams or games . You want snow and football? Turn on San Diego-Pittsburgh. It's snowing, cold and nasty their now. So awesome! I love the snow and football, but not when we're playing. Big C 01-11-2009, 06:15 PM If anyone is watching ESPNEWS and McNabb's press conference- look at that outfit on him! Straight out of the 1920s! TVFactFan 01-11-2009, 06:18 PM Bye Bye . Looks like that NFC East title didn't mean **** Brian. Good game by both teams, but we held them to almost nothing defensively. I thought you agreed to show class and not tease a member when their team lose after the thread I posted? I'm not saying you can be happy but cursing at members and teasing is something I thought we were not going to do anymore Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:25 PM I thought you agreed to show class and not tease a member when their team lose after the thread I posted? I'm not saying you can be happy but cursing at members and teasing is something I thought we were not going to do anymore I know, but think about this 1. I am happy & exhilarated after a big win, to take us to the championship game in the NFC 2. 95% of the members in the sports board were picking the Giants, rooting for the Giants, not giving the Eagles credit or saying we're lucky. Chris said it, MrCleveland, you, Brian, Sonny- all picked or chose the Giants and we won. I didn't curse at him or call him a name. I just said the Giants winning the NFC East didn't mean crap when it came down to it. I'm not angry or nothin, I'm allowed to be happy & I know if the Giants won, all the members I listed would be posting about the Giants win/Eagles loss, if it happened. I have no problems with Brian at this moment. He was complaining earlier about no calls, so I thought I would gloat a little bit. I'll admit it. I didn't tease really either. I said bye bye. I didn't say, too bad you didn't win or anything smart aleck. GO EAGLES. Chelsea 01-11-2009, 06:36 PM I'm 3 for 4, all I need is the Chargers. Come on Bolts! Big C 01-11-2009, 06:37 PM the Giants winning the NFC East didn't mean crap when it came down to it. It has been proven so far that, this year and last year, winning a regular-season division title can be worthless come playoff time- just ask Sonny. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:39 PM Have fun golfing together, Cowgirls and Midgets LOL Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:39 PM I'm 3 for 4, all I need is the Chargers. Come on Bolts! I like your avatar Seth lol. Good AFC game going on now. GARFIELDKOOL 01-11-2009, 06:41 PM Have fun golfing together, Cowgirls and Midgets LOL What about the Deadskins?! Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:47 PM What about the Deadskins?! They'll be drinking tea, laughing at the Giants and Cowgirls lol. Don't hate on your boys Mike, they had a good year. Dallas didn't make it and lost 44-6. Giants had a great year, got the number one seed and the division title, so they did better then Washington & Dallas, but it don't mean a thing if you aint got that ring. Big C 01-11-2009, 06:48 PM it don't mean a thing if you aint got that ring. I can attest to tha statement- Bills were an AFC monster for years, but... never won the game that counted. GARFIELDKOOL 01-11-2009, 06:50 PM They'll be drinking tea, laughing at the Giants and Cowgirls lol. Don't hate on your boys Mike, they had a good year. Dallas didn't make it and lost 44-6. Giants had a great year, got the number one seed and the division title, so they did better then Washington & Dallas, but it don't mean a thing if you aint got that ring. I don't, I was just messing with you. LOL At times, in the NFC East, we are the wicked stepchildren in the media eyes. Basically, we don't exist to them. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:51 PM Yeah, that sucks about Buffalo. I just noticed something. Both teams left in the NFC have birds as their team name and mascot. One of the two teams will be "flying high", heading to the Superbowl in 2 weeks/3 weeks for the actual Super Bowl game LOL. GARFIELDKOOL 01-11-2009, 06:52 PM Yeah, that sucks about Buffalo. I just noticed something. Both teams left in the NFC have birds as their team name and mascot. One of the two teams will be "flying high", heading to the Superbowl in 2 weeks/3 weeks for the actual Super Bowl game LOL. The AFC has a bird left in their name too. Maybe a bird will win it all this year. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:53 PM I don't, I was just messing with you. LOL At times, in the NFC East, we are the wicked stepchildren in the media eyes. Basically, we don't exist to them. Yeah I figured you were lol. Yeah really lol. Ed Werder is the Dallas guy on SC. Sal Paolantio is sort of like the Eagles guy on SC, but their is no official Eagles or Redskins reporters on ESPN. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:54 PM The AFC has a bird left in their name too. Maybe a bird will win it all this year. I don't know what half of these mascots are in sports LOL. just like I don't know what the hell a oiler or blue jacket is, in hockey/the NHL. Waterston_Fan 01-11-2009, 06:55 PM Good AFC game going on now. Yeah, it is.. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:55 PM Nevermind Mike, I forgot about the bloody Ravens lol. GARFIELDKOOL 01-11-2009, 06:56 PM Yeah I figured you were lol. Yeah really lol. Ed Werder is the Dallas guy on SC. Sal Paolantio is sort of like the Eagles guy on SC, but their is no official Eagles or Redskins reporters on ESPN. See how they do us? LOL I don't care, we don't need media love, we don't deserve it right now. I think John Clayton is sort of pro-Redskins, he's ok. Big C 01-11-2009, 06:56 PM I just realized something. IF, and I'm just saying this hypothetically, IF Arizona plays Pittsburgh in the Super Bowl (this is just a what if question), can you imagine how a certain someone would feel about that? Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:57 PM See how they do us? LOL I don't care, we don't need media love, we don't deserve it right now. I think John Clayton is sort of pro-Redskins, he's ok. Yeah. I think John Clayton is one of the best on SC/NFL Live. I hated Sean Salisbury Steak, I don't like Keyshaun or a couple others. Clayton is good, except he looks like he's 80 years old and he's really goofy looking lol. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 06:58 PM Ramona hating the Cardinals, is like my hate for the Giants & Cowgirls. Big C 01-11-2009, 06:59 PM my hate for the Giants & Cowgirls. You don't hate the Redskins? GARFIELDKOOL 01-11-2009, 07:00 PM Yeah. I think John Clayton is one of the best on SC/NFL Live. I hated Sean Salisbury Steak, I don't like Keyshaun or a couple others. Clayton is good, except he looks like he's 80 years old and he's really goofy looking lol. I actually liked Sean Salisbury and Keyshawn is ok. Yeah, I always says John Clayton looks like a chicken. I can't stand Cris Carter and Tom Jackson, though. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 07:03 PM Yeah, I always says John Clayton looks like a chicken. ROFL  a chicken lol he does. He looks like an old ass, but smart & wise chicken LOL. I like Cris a little bit, Tom Jackson is ok. Nothing special. I can't STAND that "Whattttttt" voice of TJ's. Annoying as hell lol. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 07:05 PM You don't hate the Redskins? Nope. I never really hated Washington. I have respect for them & Mike and I (Garfieldkool) are friends on here, so I don't hate them even more now. I totally hate New York teams, mostly in football and baseball, and the Cowgirls. GARFIELDKOOL 01-11-2009, 07:08 PM Nope. I never really hated Washington. I have respect for them & Mike and I (Garfieldkool) are friends on here, so I don't hate them even more now. I totally hate New York teams, mostly in football and baseball, and the Cowgirls. Even if you did hate Washington, Kyle, I wouldn't think less of you and I wouldn't be offended. Big C 01-11-2009, 07:09 PM I totally hate New York teams, mostly in baseball, Going by that assumption, I'll bet you don't take the Braves, Nats, and Marlins as seriously in the NL East as you do the Mets. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 07:11 PM Even if you did hate Washington, Kyle, I wouldn't think less of you and I wouldn't be offended. Yeah I know lol. But I really never hated them, even before I was friends with you or on these boards in general. I started watching the Eagles at age 9-10, so for a good 10 1/2 years of knowing teams, watching the Eagles religiously and loving football, I hated Dallas & never had a problem with WAS lol. Then I developed a hate for the Giants as well. That's cool if you hate or don't like Philly, cause we're in the same division and play twice a year every yea, but I'm putting it out- besides the team we play that week or day, in the regular season or playoffs, I hate Dallas & the Giants only. Sometimes I hate other teams for a week or two if a fan of that team is talking crap on Philly, but in general, only two teams. Did you eat anything today for the 2 games snack wise or no? Wreckless 01-11-2009, 07:13 PM Going by that assumption, I'll bet you don't take the Braves, Nats, and Marlins as seriously in the NL East as you do the Mets. Correct sir. I always took the Braves as I did Washington in the NFL. Division rival but never hated them. I liked John Smoltz a lot when he was with Atlanta for those 20 years, since I was born in '88. Shame he's on Boston now. But yeah, I hate the dreaded Muts! Wreckless 01-11-2009, 07:18 PM If the Eagles win 2 more games this year, I will not shave my goatee or facial hair, until the NFL regular season starts up again next September. GARFIELDKOOL 01-11-2009, 07:23 PM Yeah I know lol. But I really never hated them, even before I was friends with you or on these boards in general. Yeah, I can't stand the Giants and Cowboys. Philly, I never hated them. Even though they owned us for most of this decade, I guess because I am around more Giant and Cowboys fans. I ate me a steak sub earlier, and some salt and vinegar potatoe chips. Oh..... and some Coors Light. LOL Big C 01-11-2009, 07:26 PM I ate me a steak sub earlier, and some salt and vinegar potatoe chips. Oh..... and some Coors Light. Did anyone ask you stupid questions ala a press conference? TVFactFan 01-11-2009, 07:28 PM I wonder if the Eagles would be favored by Double Digits over the Cards Wreckless 01-11-2009, 07:30 PM I'm wondering what the odds are as well Solomon. GARFIELDKOOL 01-11-2009, 07:30 PM Did anyone ask you stupid questions ala a press conference? No..... Wreckless 01-11-2009, 07:33 PM Yeah, I can't stand the Giants and Cowboys. Philly, I never hated them. Even though they owned us for most of this decade, I guess because I am around more Giant and Cowboys fans. I ate me a steak sub earlier, and some salt and vinegar potatoe chips. Oh..... and some Coors Light. LOL I'm the same way. Never liked the 2 and hated both as well. I hate Giants & Cowgirls fans just as much, as well LOL. Nice. Steak sounds good. I had some filet mignon last night. Good beer on game day isn't bad as well lol. TVFactFan 01-11-2009, 07:35 PM I been saying I won't call Domino's until the Eagles season is over but tonight I'm going to have to say F*CK it because I'm hungry as **** and it would be a celebration dinner, it will be a SATISFYING MY HUNGER AND TIRED OF WAITING FOR THE EAGLES TO LOSE DINNER LOL Let me Call Right Now Mr. Television 01-11-2009, 07:36 PM I hate the Eagles and Redskins more than any other team. I don't hate the Giants as much as I did in the 1980's. I don't really know why. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 07:45 PM If we win it all, we would have 4 championships too, only one short of Dallas' 5. I will not jinx us, just pointing that out. Please Explain why a Vikings Fan hate a Dallas Fan? Is it because you watched the 1975 Hail mary Game live on CBS and never got over it??? DVDFreaker 01-11-2009, 08:02 PM Please Explain why a Vikings Fan hate a Dallas Fan? Is it because you watched the 1975 Hail mary Game live on CBS and never got over it??? No, I was born in 1980 and I don't like the Cowboys because I never liked the players and coaches and I can't stand Jerry Jones, I don't mind the fans but I don't like the team Wreckless 01-11-2009, 08:04 PM Yeah. Hate their players, hate Jerry Jones, don't like the coaches, players, fans. Anything of Dallas I don't like. I especially hate Terrible Owens as well. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 08:06 PM No offense, but ya'll must not have many good local joints. Me personally, the local joints are first priority and the nationals are a last resort. What I think it is Mike, is that some people love franchise pizza places like Dominoes, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut etc. and other people love and only love local, and pre-made, and not frozen pizza places, like you. My Dad is the same way as you and it's not a bad thing for either side. I love all pizza so it doesn't matter to me lol. DVDFreaker 01-11-2009, 08:07 PM Good luck to your team. Yeah, my thing is franchise pizza isn't bad, but they don't give you the slices that locals do. And they rip you off for what they sell. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 08:09 PM Yeah, I hated Terrible Owens since he was with the 49ers but I bet you must be disgusted when he played with the Eagles  The Cowboy fans I met are classy so I got lucky there but I will never like the coaches, organitzaion, Jerry Jones, and players I agree with everything you said. Never liked T.O. as a 49er. I obviously loved when he came to Philly, but ever since the "next question" and off-season controversy, I hate the guy, his big mouth and sh*tty attitude and personality. Yeah. Do you hate Randy Moss as well, since he left Minnesota or no? Just wondering. I hate everything Dallas as well. Wreckless 01-11-2009, 08:11 PM Yeah, my thing is franchise pizza isn't bad, but they don't give you the slices that locals do. And they rip you off for what they sell. Yeah I know what you mean. The only thing, some local places have the thin crust. I love some places thin crust, but some of it is burnt and too thin. I am not too picky at all when it comes to pizza & italian food, but that is my minor beef with a few local places in Jersey lol . DVDFreaker 01-11-2009, 08:13 PM I agree with everything you said. Never liked T.O. as a 49er. Do you hate Randy Moss as well, since he left Minnesota or no? Just wondering. I hate everything Dallas as well. No, I still like him because Randy was the best wide reciever the Vikings ever had but yeah, he does pissed me off when he took plays off but I forgive him for that because he gave me the best 7 years of my life watching him as a Viking and I was so sad to see him leave but now all is good because Adrian Peterson is here (I am a big OU fan too) so I get to watch Adrian now and he is a classier player than Randy Moss is :D GARFIELDKOOL 01-11-2009, 08:14 PM I agree with everything you said. I liked TO all throughout his career until he played Wahington in November of 2006. We were in Washington, he was a Cowboy, the game was back and forth, and he scored in the endzone, after he scored, he layed down in the endzone and mocked as though he was taking a nap. I found that insulting, and hated him for that from that point on. Now I see how Cowboys fans felt when he stood on their star as a 49er. Yup, I agree with that, Terrell is worse than Randy at whining, at least Randy is maturing now (I haven't heard him whine since he was with the Patriots) while Terrell is still a immature whining crybaby punk! Randy Moss is an extravagant, miraculous & excellent player, offensively. I will say though, he does have some problems off the field. He had a marijuana problem, he even talked about in an interview in an off-season when he was a Raider & has a bit of a mouth but nonetheless is a excellent player. Do you remember in 1999 when Randall was starting for Minnesota? You guys had Cris Carter, Randy Moss, a couple other good receivers & Randall Cunningham throwing to them. You went 15-1 under Dennis Green and Randall had 30 TD passes that year. Amazing offense that year for Minnesota. Too bad they didn't make to the Superbowl or win it, but I remember watching tapes and seeing coverage of games where Randall would just throw the ball up and Randy and Cris had so much talent, they would just go up and grab it from mid air for spectacular catches. I agree. Then again, if you had Tom Brady, and even a great backup like Matt Cassell throwing the ball to you, I would never complain either lol. Still, T.O. is a controversial, whiny, crybaby like you said. DVDFreaker 01-11-2009, 08:30 PM Yeah, I understand what you mean. Yeah, that 1999 NFC Championship game still hurts to this day, if we made it to the Superbowl, I am not even sure we would have defeat Denver because of too many injuries to our defense even with our deadly offense but man, that offense was amazing, it's a shame that the Vikings will never see a offense like that again! :( Wreckless 01-11-2009, 08:33 PM Yeah, that 1999 NFC Championship game still hurts to this day, if we made it to the Superbowl, I am not even sure we would have defeat Denver because of too many injuries to our defense even with our deadly offense but man, that offense was amazing, it's a shame that the Vikings will never see a offense like that again! :( Yeah, that was a spectacular, unbelievable offense. Sorry that I mentioned that game, but I thought of it, with this Randy Moss, vikings, Eagles etc. convo. If we win the SB this year, it will quiet the haters and all the people that said we never won or will win a SB lol. Big C 01-11-2009, 08:56 PM All four Super Bowl matchups have some interest from my point of view: Steelers-Eagles- Battle of the Keystone State Ravens-Eagles- A chance for sweet revenge after a game that seemed, at one point, to be the Eagles final nail in the coffin Steelers-Cardinals- Ramona's worst nightmare Ravens-Cardinals- A classic battle of "great defense vs. great offense" DVDFreaker 01-11-2009, 09:00 PM Yeah, my mistake. Yeah I think and hope Steelers win as well. I think it will be a close, fought out game like you said. Yeah man, it really sucks, especially since my Dad doesn't have a lot of money. Not that I want materialistic things at all, but as far as food and financially, for our family. I am young but I need more money, just to be happy with enough food lol. I got most of what I need and I am not a person who needs too much, although It wouldn't be bad to have in, in anybody's case (money I mean), ya know? Life is painful sometimes . I can vouch for all of that. It's gonna be tough with the Cavs & Celtics in your/our conference though, ya know? I am a 76ers fan, that's why I say our conference. We're not as good as Orlando this year though . I don't know what I would do if the Eagles won it all. Probably would cry, but I will not get my hopes up or jinx us. Yeah, Celtics is legit but the Cavilers, I feel is overated, yes, Lebron is a great player but the other players, I never heard of them or don't know good they are, it must be good coaching that got them to that good record this year, I am just not sold on the Calivers just yet. As long the Phildelpia teams wins the Championship then it's all good as long Dallas teams doesn't win anything :D Well the other players aren't bad but aren't great like you said. But the reason they're great this season is because the supporting cast of all these players around Lebron are better and more suitable for Lebron to do what he does and for them to win. Celtics are a great team but I hate Boston teams. I feel they bought their way to a championship last year, instead of drafting guys or 50/50 with drafting and free agent signing, but it looks like they've been struggling lately lol. 2-6 in their previous 8 games, including a loss to CHARLOTTE of all teams. Yeah, AI hasn't been with us since we traded him to Denver for a few guys lol. Ok cool, thanks! DVDFreaker 01-11-2009, 10:06 PM Well the other players aren't bad but aren't great like you said. Kobe is a great player, but VERY selfish. Yeah I can see how you can dislike them. Do you like any players on other teams, besides Orlando? DVDFreaker 01-11-2009, 10:11 PM Kobe is a great player, but VERY selfish. Yeah I can see how you can dislike them. Do you like any players on other teams, besides Orlando? Yes, I love Elton Brand, he is one of my favorite players but he went to the 76ers so how do you feel about having him on the team now? I also like Tim Duncan, awesome player but I hate the Spurs but I don't mind them winning the Championship because they are a very classy orgization Wreckless 01-11-2009, 10:13 PM Yes, I love Elton Brand, he is one of my favorite players but he went to the 76ers so how do you feel about having him on the team now? I also like Tim Duncan, awesome player but I hate the Spurs but I don't mind them winning the Championship because they are a very classy orgization I like both players as well. Tim Duncan is a classy, respectable and talented individual and player on the court, so I feel the same way about the Spurs, especially if the 76ers aren't in it or out. Love Elton Brand but he has been a little bit of a disappointment so far this season with us, in his first year signing. He's down with an injury, I think it's a hip injury due to him jumping up to block a player and coming down on the guy and injuring himself 2/3 weeks ago in a game. I do like the guy and he's classy as well as Timmy. Big C 01-11-2009, 10:16 PM Why do you hope for Arizona to be 11 point underdogs at home (I am wondering)? If anything, that would fire them up. Arizona is using the disrespect card as motivation, and the "Comedians" could be laughing all the way to Super Sunday.... IF they beat Philly next week. Yeah I remember you saying you didn't like the Spurs, to her, in the Spurs thread on here. And good question. To answer it, no I don't. The only teams I hate in sports realistically and all the time are the Cowgirls, Muts & the Giants. I actually liked the Nets for a few years when they had Jason Kidd, Van Horn, MacCullough & others. TC became a Sixer, then retired, Kidd stayed but then got traded to Dallas obviously, and VH retired 3 years ago. I love Vince Carter too. I usually only root for the Sixers but I did like the Nets for 2/3 years and bought a couple of 76ers & Nets hats whenever I went out. Never minded the Raptors. Although I will say now that I don't like the Celtics, but not nearly enough to level up to my hate of the other 3 teams. Boston might be the only team I don't like in basketball, but like I said, it hasn't developed into a full-fledged hate yet. In hockey, I don't like the Devils or Rangers but don't hate them necessarily. I probably hate the Devils a little bit, but not as much as the NYG, Dallas or the NYM, like with the NBA. It's like, their are 31 other teams in MLB, ya know? lol. Phillies are the WORLD CHAMPS, take THAT Yankees! oh and all these signings won't mean sh*t. Boston signed a bunch of guys in the off-season in baseball and Tampa Bay is still a great team, especially since they signed a DH in the former Phillie Pat Burrell this off-season & have tons of young, extremely talented players on their roster. We lost from a FG. We could of won it at the end, but poor clock management was definitely key to not winning like you mentioned. Andy is getting bigger. I have extreme confidence in him and respect in him after this game, and how he handled it and has done this year. He is vastly improving his coaching tools and how to get better and how to win. Afterall, he did learn under one of the best in Mike Holmgren when he was in Green Bay. DVDFreaker 01-11-2009, 10:58 PM Yeah I hated that & it annoyed me. We lost from a FG. I didn't think about that, good point although Randy Moss helped that though but they did have a great quarterback and a very good wide receivers core so that helped too but he looks very young but I want to see who he will hire the defensive coordinator because the Broncos' defense is the problem, not the offense but I'll see in 3 years if it's a good hire or not mriggles 01-12-2009, 12:06 AM I'm sorry, but I am growing tired of 5 or 6 seeds making playoff runs. All I have to say- this will be an interesting week between you, me, and iggles. Trust me- I'm much calmer now. TOO LATE PAL... YOU STARTED IT...Unlike you I don't talk trash.... If you were actually a cardinals fan maybe I would.... But for you to use the words lucky as often as you have in this thread proves to me that talking trash with you is pointless... Absolutely pointless... mriggles 01-12-2009, 12:18 AM LUCKY..... I love that word...Was that defensive strangle luck??? was the fact the eagles shut the giants vaunted running game down luck? Was it Luck that with the game on the line mcnabb made the plays he had to make??? Was it luck that the eagles coaches came up with yet another great game plan?? Please.... Get real... I can't stand people who can't give credit where credit is due... The eagles won all 3 facets of the game today hands down... Who cares what seed they are.... If you win in the playoffs it is not luck... I think I just may have to open up a can of whoop ass trash talk this week... BUT there are no cardinal fans on this board so whats the sense... TVFactFan 01-12-2009, 12:48 AM The Great Spagnola Defense couldn't stop the Eagles on 3rd and 20. But for some reason he is soooooooo employable as a head coach?-lol Bullsh*t-lo mriggles 01-12-2009, 12:48 AM I have never seen a team win a playoff game with such a pathetic ground game. This can't keep up. You win Super Bowls with a strong running game, not a mediocre one. Wreckless, Iggles- mark my words- EAGLES ARE GOING DOWN IN THE DESERT! I have marked your words & Made mental notations of everything you have said in this thread... I am also suddenly very confident based on your mark my words track record this year. Super Bowl Bound, Never Looking Down. mriggles 01-12-2009, 12:51 AM Nothing irritates me more than someone saying a team was lucky.... That is just something you say when your out of excuses!!!!! Wreckless 01-12-2009, 12:52 AM I agree, and I can't wait for Sunday.
