Hi all just wanted to pass this news along im happy to report that the waltons season 9 wil be on DVD on april 28 2009 i went to www.tvshowsondvd.com and read it thire it nice to see this series on dvd it tough such vallue someting sorley lacking toaday in soicltey any way this will be nice beacse that measns after this sereis wraps up i will only be wating for 2 more series to wrap up on dvd

That is great. My mother loves that series, and she has told me that she wants the full complement of it. Sure, the series tailed off in quality at the end, but that doesn't matter to her-- she still wants to see the end.

I haven't even gotten Season 8 yet, but it should come in the mail soon, probably even today. It'll be great to own the whole series. :)
