Marlo's sister actually appeared in at least one episode of "That Girl", the title escapes me right now, but she played a nun...so that narrows it down as I'm sure not many episodes featured a nun character....lol......

I recall seeing Terre in a series of commercials for instant Maxwell House coffee around 1970-71 with Danny. I can still hear Terre saying "my instant Maxwell House" and Danny correcting her saying "what do you mean YOUR instant Maxwell House?".

Her brother Tony Thomas was a writer for The Golden Girls.

WOW, that's a new one on me. I never knew she had a sister or Brother. I always thought she was an only child.

Yes! He was even featured in the bonus material in the Benson DVD set. :cool:

Marlo's real-life sister, brother, and father all made appearances in the episode entitled, "My Sister's Keeper". It is from season 3. Marlo even does an audio commentary for the episode on the dvd. Marlo's sister, Terre, plays the singing nun. Father Danny makes a cameo as the priest.

Danny Thomas also was in another episode, where he played himself. I don't know what season it was in, but Danny, Milton Berle (who also played himself in the episode) and Ann are all doing a comedy/singing number together.
